St Helens Coastal Resort

booked a lodge with a hot tub and that's exactly what we got. hot tub outside area is great and the hot tub seemed clean and well maintained. the Lodge it self was OK. cleanliness was poor with old socks found behind one of the sofas alongside a vacuum attachment and cobwebs in almost every corner and a food splatter on the ceiling in the kitchen diner area. The Lodge was fitted with a good quality LG TV with Netflix and Prime built-in (logins required) alongside a nice digital fire. Kitchen was well equipped. shower temp was temperamental and hard to get right making it a hazard with kids as the temperature would fluctuate without moving the temperature gauge. One of the locks on the windows was also jammed meaning the window couldn't be fully closed.

We visited St Helens for a long weekend. We booked a 4 berth luxury caravan. Excellent! No problems all weekend. Lovely and clean. Lovely comfy beds and fluffy towels. This is our third visit this year. There is a lovely pub two minutes walk from site (Vine Inn) A must for excellent food and atmosphere. Family friendly and they love dogs too! 5 star for this caravan site. We will be back next year!

It's such a beautiful, peaceful holiday park. Nice outside pool and lots of green space. Local pub and shop 2 minutes walk away. Lovely sandy beach just a short stroll away. The staff are amazing, we had a slight issue and they rectified it immediately in such a kind way. We have been visiting the the Isle of Wight for 10 years and have tried all of the holiday parks and this is by far the best.

Service here is excellent and the site is clean, nice vibe and well maintained. Nikki in guest services is superb. Great energy and clearly genuinely cares about the guests and their experiences. First time here but would definitely return.

Had a fantastic stay at St Helens resort. We have been several times and hate leaving the place! The staff are bubbly and friendly and cannot do enough for you. Accomodation is superb and location lovely and peaceful. A good base from which to explore the island. We will definately be booking again!

Mobile Home/Caravan site in St Helens. We stayed here for five days and not the best by far: For: Large two bedroom two bathroom static home Site quiet and reasonably well kept Nice public house that serves excellent food nearby, The Vine Inn Some lovely little bays a short drive away Against: Filthy outdoor seats and table. We had to clean two chairs and the table but the other two were green and looked like they came out of a skip. Although quite clean inside there were some grubby areas and cooking utensils and oven were dirty and sticky No cleaning or linen change in five days Set at the back of houses and you need to drive to get anywhere or anything. Apart from the Pub there is one very basic small shop other than that there is nothing. The location is just not very good No amenities on site very basic Decking and front entrance very insecure and unsafe. Not maintained and quite poor All Away Resorts want to do is sell you a van. From the start we kept receiving emails to try and sell us one. They should concentrate on maintaining the vans and cleaning them a bit more. Not the best
