The Premier Inn was very nice but BEWARE of Parking! Although described on line with Free Parking, I have received a £100 parking Fine for parking whilst taking a family member to stay at the hotel, a stay of 26 minutes taking her and her luggage in and waiting for her to rejoin us, whilst other family members sat in the car. Is this what Premier Inn want to happen to their loyal customers!!

If you’re visiting St Davids, this hotel is a fantastic place to stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and well kitted. Breakfast and dinner are excellent, meal deal is a fantastic addition. Staff are very hospitable especially Toby, he looked after us really well. All staff are very kind and helpful. The location of this hotel is excellent, we stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Booked in for 3 nights, have to say staff on reception and the bar were fantastic, however the food in the restaurant was horrible, I had lasagne that was burnt and garlic bread also burn my colleague has a burger that was also burnt and cold. Checked out after 2 days it was that bad. As we use premier inns all the time this has to go down as the worst one

Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Great sleep. Tylor on front of house was particularly helpful. Nothing too much trouble. And dealt with our minor complaint well.

As the title suggests this is by far the best Premier Inn we have stayed at, as it ad everything you could wish for. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and professional and the in-house food was excellent. The location was unbelievable as it was just so central to all the attractions, beautiful beaches and fantastic landscapes in Pembrokeshire. We would definitely recommend this hotel and we will probably stay there again.

An absolutely lovely location with all that you expect from a Premier Inn. It was the staff that went above and beyond that made our stay so enjoyable. All were helpful and accommodating especially when we were such a large party with children. Staff were extremely supportive with my son who has autism, making my stay more relaxed and comfortable. Thank you, we will be back again ☺️

Staff were not friendly at all one lady just told me to stand near a desk and wait for somone else but all I wanted is to ask a simple question about air conditioning in the room, stains found on pillows but overall room was clean and tidy and facility’s were very nice! Room with a view…. More like room with a hedge blocking your view! Satisfied stay and decent room!

Comfortable, clean and modern room. Staff on check in and at meal times were very Friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Parking included in price and really good location (10 minutes walk) into St Davids which made exploring the beautiful City really easy.

Good clean hotel. But this review is directed at the young receptionist on duty on the afternoon of Wednesday 23rd July. Having inadvertently thrown my train ticket into the waste paper basket in our room, she rummaged through the rubbish and retrieved it. I later popped back to the hotel and with a gracious smile she gave me the ticket and said it was no trouble at all. Five stars for her. Thank you.
