Aprecio los hoteles ace porque por lo que visité, están situados en zonas de actividades muy tranquilas la noche. Este estaba muy bien situado, a 2 pasos del monumento. La habitación era muy limpia y tranquila. La tarifa es interesante. Por el contrario, la veranda no está tan bien limpia como las habitaciones y los insectos muertos en los rincones quedó allí durante todo nuestro estancia. Damasco ...

Hoteles en Buckingham, en una zona muy tranquila. La habitación era muy limpia, cama confortable y ducha muy funcional. ¡Nos encantó pasar por el cojinete! Si pasamos otra vez, volveremos a estar seguros. La única preocupación es que el acceso a la habitación se hace a las 14:00, lo que es un poco embarazoso cuando llegamos muy Toto por la mañana. Además, no tengo nada que decir de eso era perfecto! Si buscas un lugar para quedarse allí para un viaje de negocios o simplemente un fin de semana, es el establecimiento que necesitas en torno a Caen.

I was the leader of a British school group who stayed at this hotel last week. Whilst we were there, we had the misfortune of being struck by a 24 hour sickness bug which affected 34 out of 48 of my students, so first and foremost, I would like to apologise for any inconvenience and distress we may have caused. However, our situation was rendered unmanageable by the simple fact that our group, despite a very clear request from our operator to keep us together, as you would logically expect for any school group, was dispatched all over the hotel, in amongst other guests. The booking was made 6 months ago, so no excuse for very poor planning, and for our concerns for the safety of our students. Our first cases started happening on the very first night. This was a particularly virulent bug which caused our students to vomit with no warning. Of course, when a student was affected, other students in their room had to come and find us. The only place we could use as a hub, given the situation, was the hotel lobby. This went on all night, and we stayed up all night, dealing in the best way we could with our sick students, stripping beds, moving students to other unaffected rooms when we could... The hotel manager/night porter (at least I assume he was the manger as he never bothered to introduce himself) witnessed the situation but didn't offer any help whatsoever, not even clean sheets. We had to ask for these and he very reluctantly gave us 3 !!! The next day we were met by the same man, who just proceeded to shout at us for not having any control over our students, going as far as insinuating that our students were sick in their beds on purpose... When I tried to make him see our point of view, his tone turned to sarcasm as he repeatedly said ”Yeah, yeah, you're right”... After much calm and patience I thought I had managed to get through to him, have an adult conversation, and I thought we had left in amenable terms when I got on the coach to go on a visit. We even smiled at each other and I really thought I'd got somewhere with him. Unfortunately, when we came back from that visit, the reception shutter was down and the man didn't realise that I could hear every word he was shouting down the phone again to his area manger. It was very clear that he was not able to try and see things differently at all... He also accused one of our student of being sick in the hotel lobby, but then changed his story when he asked to see the video footage... I could carry on at greater length... This hotel will not be a suitable place for any school group as long as it is run by someone as incompetent as this man, who displayed the understanding and interpersonal skills of Basil Faulty, but without the character and humour. Communication among the staff was also sketchy, which led to another argument with the manager... However, I could not fault the rest of the staff. Este hotel fue brillante en todos los sentidos y también tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. No se deje intimidar por el exterior excéntrico, porque una vez dentro será recibido por un amable personal de recepción y en poco tiempo estará en su habitación bien equipada de tamaño moderado. También hay mucho espacio para estacionar fuera de la calle. El hotel dispone de un bar bien surtido a precios razonables y un excelente restaurante que sirve algunas de las mejores pizzas y hamburguesas de Normandía. Muy recomendable.

Average hotel, clean and tidy but some strange decor in public areas and especially corridors. Room was good with very comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Tea and coffee facilities were ONE coffee, ONE teabag and ONE sugar. Bizarre. I had B&B but as I was part of a coach the hotel were asked in advance on both nights if we could have some food, on the first night just something quick like steak & chips, as some of us (me) had travelled 22 hours. 1st night (Fri) 9pm. Supervisor SUGGESTED steak and chips and we all agreed. Waitress and supervisor took orders from approx 20 people and then served 14. The rest of us were told that the kitchen ”should have closed much earlier” so there was no food (See Fawlty towers ”Waldorf Salad”) I was offered some free salted peanuts, which I took.... 2nd night (Sun, we had spent Sat at Le Mans 24h race). Arrived at 7.30pm and were told we had time to freshen up, so back down at 8pm to be told ”sorry, no food tonight”. (See Fawlty Towers ”Gourmet Night”. All was ”off”. Found a steakhouse called La Boucherie close by which was great. They got a good tip. As a place to crash it was great, but don't expect anything more than continental breakfast, which by the way was also great. Confused?

Al llegar el personal nos propone ponernos en una habitación más aislada de ruido debido a la disponibilidad: muy agradable. El hotel ha sido completamente reconstruido a nove muy recientemente y es muy agradable. (Kyriad Direct) Cama pequeña pero suficiente para una o dos noches como máximo. De hecho, no hay ninguna posibilidad de poner su maleta en otro lugar que en la cama, por lo que no es muy conveniente en el corto plazo. Además, las maletas ofrecidas por el hotel son ridiculamente pequeñas para preguntar si no se equivocaron con secas manos... Desayuno buffet muy bien proporcionado para el precio, sin embargo, la sala común está a la imagen de las habitaciones: ¡En general, el equilibrio entre la calidad y el precio es muy bueno!

La habitación de la habitación era muy agradable. Muchos aparcamientos en llegada Se ha hecho el check-in en línea antes de la llegada así que tuvimos nuestro número de habitación y código clave y se fue directamente en aunque la recepción estaba cerrada La habitación era pequeña y limpia La habitación era sin puntos con toallas y jabón Encontramos el La habitación era muy confortable y la habitación era una agradable temperatura. La máquina de café no tomaría mi tarjeta y el café organizado del receptor de la zona de desayuno para nosotros. Para el dinero que pensábamos que era bueno Visitábamos un restaurante cercano para comida y el supermercado a lo largo de la calle, pero no estoy seguro si hay mucho más en la zona

Hola, reserva 1 mes antes para una habitación doble cama para mi hijo y yo. a nuestra llegada no hay habitación de este tipo disponible por lo que obligación de pagar otra habitación 170 euros en 2 días! es perfectamente intolerable! Es un volo manifiesto. La première nuit l’hôtel accueillait un groupe scolaire, obligé de demander le calme en appelant la réception à 22H les enfants criaient et couraient dans les couloirs. A 5,50 euros por desayuno, sólo encontrará frugalidad, no hay opciones y productos de baja gama. El personal es muy amable, pero la experiencia es inaceptable. al final de la estancia se le ofrece una nota que se debe pagar con la mitad de la factura ya ajustada llegando ... Viajar mucho con mi empresa es la experiencia más Desagradable en el hotel, que yo pude vivir.
