Hotel is filthy and generally unkept. Hallways stained. Parking lot poorly illuminated. Lifetime Platinum Elite. Worst Fairfield I have stayed in. Bathroom dirty. Walls knicked up. Obvious franchise owners do not care much about Marriott name.

We had a great experience at the Fairfield Inn in St. Augustine, and Jason made it even better! He was incredibly helpful with recommendations around the city and took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. His attentiveness and friendly attitude really stood out. Thanks, Jason, for making our stay so enjoyable!

Avoid this dirty hotel! We needed a place for the evening after a long day of driving. We typically only stay at Marriotts so we’re familiar with the levels of hotels. We are fortunate to be Lifetime Titanium level and usually stay at higher end Marriott’s, however, we have stayed at quite a few Fairfield’s and have never been disappointed. First time for everything. The lobby was fine and the front desk individuals were great. Then we got in the elevator. And that’s when it all happened. Dirt, stains and sad, sad, sad decor. I should have enjoyed it because it was better than the room. Nope. Couldn’t. Checked out and driving to Daytona as the other Marriott’s in the area were actually rated worse!!!

Great hotel! Rosa, the breakfast expert, was super friendly and helpful! The front desk lady was great when we checked in also. We learned that next time we will uber to downtown because parking was a nightmare downtown. Thank you for a great stay!

This hotel is great. Cost less and close to so much. The employees seem to like to be here. They are kind and attentive. Miya was especially kind to me. I left hatch open moving in luggage. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub. The outlet mall was close and did lots of shopping and buying

Very clean hotel, very nice breakfast, and GREAT staff. Mayra at the front desk checked us in and she was such a wonderful person. She made us laugh with her stories and helped us a couple times with a couple asks. Breakfast was yummy and the rooms were comfortable. It was a great location for going to St. Augustine where it wasn’t too close and loud, but wasn’t a hassle to get out there. Great stay and would definitely come back!

This is an older hotel that has not been updated. The lobby is dingy and the the furniture in the room is old. There was no soap in the soap dispenser in the shower. The refrigerator was not working and my food spoiled because of this. The bed was not comfortable and caused lower back aches for myself and my wife. While I have low expectations for breakfast at hotels, this hotel's did not disappoint. we ate the hotel's food one morning and the next day bought our own breakfast because we wanted something satisfying. If I was to say something nice I would comment the area is fairly nice and close to the outlet mall and other stores and there was no charge for parking. I had higher expectations from Fairfield.

This was a great hotel for a weekend in St. Augustine with the kids! Just far enough from 95 that the highway noise wasn't too bothersome, and easy to navigate in and out of the hotel parking lot, unlike some other hotels in this immediate area. The bed could have been more comfortable. Otherwise it was a great stay. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. The kids loved the pool. Saw a lot of families with children around, but the hotel as a whole was very quiet and peaceful. I don't know if this speaks to the behavior of the kids or the quality of the hotel's noise reduction strategies - suspect maybe a combination of both. Would definitely stay here again.

The service was good and the place was very clean. The pillows were terrible, but the bed was very comfortable, the towels were thin and not soft. The breakfast was very good with hot and cold selections, scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, juice and coffee and tea, etc. Every morning a bus stopped there to bring us into the town for a tour of the city. I gave it a 2 only because the last day we were there THREE bus loads of kids ages 8 to 10 arrived. In the morning, the hallways were load with kids running up and down. The breakfast area was crowded with the kids taking over every table and it was loud and messy. We were not told about this or we would not have stayed there. It ruined the whole experience.
