Blue Dolphin Beach Front Cottage is situated on two ocean front lots on the Golden Mile of the non-driving section of St. Augustine Beach. The house is the only ocean front house with a pool on the island. Situated on one lot is the oversized pool and pool deck on the other a charming 1936 beach cottage.  The house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a large wraparound deck with a grill and views of the pool and ocean in one. The oversized master bedroom boasts a full size private deck with 180 degrees of ocean front.
