Una verguenza!! Hace 2 días llegaron mis hijos con un bebe y NUNCA les hicieron la habitación. Primero les dijeron porque no habían dejado un cartel en la puerta y luego, porque no se les dio la gana. Pañales sucios sin levantar desde hace 2 días, baño sin limpiar.NO SE PUEDE CREER!! Además, ME COBRARON 2 VECES!!! Cuando reservé me retiraron el dinero de mi tarjeta de débito y al ingresar, me obligaron a pagar nuevamente. No sé cuando me devolverán el dinero que dejé como reserva. NO ENTIENDO COMO ESTE HOTEL ESTÁ BIEN EVALUADO EN TRIPADVISOR, una pena confiaba en sus reviews.

Usually a pleasant stay as the hotel is fairly new. However I stayed within room 325 on 17th June and woke itching only to find several bugs within the bed. A google lens check suggests these are carpet bugs. The hotel staff were apologetic however i was referred to Travelodge customer services who refused to accept my version of events as they'd had a 'team of experts' inspect the room. A photo is included for reference.

We like the hotel a lot. Very sound proof. Room was just the right size even though we had three suitcases. Staff was excellent. Really like our stay.

The Hotel looked and felt okay and was right in the centre of the city. However our stay was spoilt because the aircon did not work. I complained on two separate occasions and was told by reception that they would deal with it and ensure it was working but nothing happened. Very uncomfortable night. Added to this next room had a major shouting match at 2am, this lasted for over an hour

Comfortable room, good breakfast, service was always good, staff always friendly. Never had any issues and was here for 4 nights.

Anastasios at Travelodge is highly praised for his exceptional service. Consistently mention his friendly demeanor and willingness to assist. Amazing bar skills and very nice coffee maker, many recommend him dedication. I will visit this Travelodge for sure

Lovely 3 day trip to St Albans Travelodge was good, room fine for short stay, some hanging space for clothes, but most things used from suitcase. Room was clean and comfortable. Self service breakfast was very good. Cafe staff were polite and helpful. Parking was expensive.

I stayed here for 2 nights. Whilst here my digital key which is on the app stopped working. I rang up via the app and was immediately helped and able to get into my room. This might be a self service hotel but help is there if you need it.

Was told at time of booking in that the room I had paid for was no longer available so had to take one of the ‘service rooms’ instead due to it being late at night. Was only offered a free breakfast as compensation- no thanks, I want a refund as if I had been told at the time of booking and paying in full room was not available then I would have booked somewhere else!
