Very pathetic service food was amazing being a test what their was miss communication withF&B and Gm of hotel non responsible being I have word describe being fo team was refused contact to Gm facing issues in service Service was pathetic Front office person pathetic Hotel Gm doesn’t have brave ness interested to guest while he having communicate to client Face to much issue lift not working hotel telecom not working room service order took 1hrs time to deliver after this complaint to reception and gm no one solves the issue Hotel manger is no interested to solve guest problem I will not recommend to anyone stay on this hotel

Very nice hotel and such a great location and food was very delicious, and service is excellent and super, room is wonderful staff is very nice and friendly thanks to all royal park resort team

I come here with my family . Hotel Royal Park Resort is located on main chandigarh Ambala Highway so this property is good to take a halt while travelling to chandigarh manali and Shimla . Food they make look very hygiene and taste was also good . I would really appreciate Mr. Gourav , Sourav and to their staff they all were very cooperative

I had an absolutely terrible experience at Royal Park Resort Hotel, and I would strongly advise anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere. To begin with, the hotel manager, Mr. Sunil Thakur, openly admitted that they offer lower prices just to secure customers, but when the time comes for the actual stay, they assign the most disgusting rooms imaginable. This was incredibly disappointing and felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. The issues didn’t stop there. We were quoted Rs 400 for dinner, but when it came time to settle the bill, we were suddenly told that the number of guests had been increased due to a ridiculous "minimum guest" rule. As a result, they charged us for 12 additional guests. While the amount might seem minor compared to the entire booking, it speaks volumes about the lack of integrity of both the manager and the general manager. To make matters worse, when we tried to reach out for clarification, they wouldn’t even pick up our calls, giving excuses like being on leave or attending a conference somewhere in Himachal. This lack of responsiveness is completely unprofessional and frustrating. Additionally, they charged Rs 350 per person for refreshments consisting of tea, coffee, a sandwich, and bland pakoras. For the same price, you could have had a full dinner at another hotel. It was a total rip-off and extremely disappointing. Overall, I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The service, management, and pricing are all completely dishonest, and my experience here was an absolute nightmare. Avoid this place at all costs!

It was very bad experience. Dont go for bookings in this hotel. Worst service Rooms with verry narrow passage with no ventilation in rooms Food Quality is also very bad Staff is not good as they dont know how to treat their guests One of the worst hotel i saw in my entire life. Pathetic Services.
