The hotel is pathetic with average amenities. The staff is not trustworthy. My phone got stolen and no one bother to help. Specially during bulk bookings they take advantage and steal your belongings. My phone was stolen by one of the staff. We have stayed in multiple properties but never faced such issue with any of the staff . They even didn't returned the charger which we left in hotel room while leaving the hotel. They give you assurance of all kind but sorry to say no service at all . No one ever bothered to question the staff and rather blamed it on my family. Ac was not working and light was also issue

Don't ever go for this hotel. My mobile was stolen and they hardly took any responsibility. Rather then checking with their staff, they blamed that someone from family might have taken it. There were likely chances that someone from staff has stolen it. I have stayed in multiple hotels and have never lost a thing. They even didn't returned charger which was left in hotel room.

this hotel lacks services and cleanliness. the towels provided were oil stained. the floor was not that clean. Restaurant services were pathetic. If you order just tea, you will have to wait for 40 mins.

The stay was comfortable. The room were clean. The washroom are clean. The food was good. The staff was very hospitable, especially one person. Amrish was exceptionally good.

Spider in pillow in night. No phone call can be made. I had to complaint twice. If some one is paying, at-least one should get clean room and decent breakfast
