This hotel is good compared to others at Bina. It takes you some efforts however to set the things right in your room. Like TV or geyser etc may not be working in the room and room may not be very clean and this may take you a few follow-ups to set it right. The food is good and parking is enough.

we had booked an executive room with breakfast included. however, during our stay on 01.10.2024, breakfast was not provided to us by the hotel until we checked out at 8:10 am, despite it being part of the package. as we were unable to avail the breakfast service, i kindly request you to take appropriate action and process a refund for the amount charged for breakfast, which was included in the booking. thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. i look forward to your resolution.

Room service is not good. I order tea in morning then it took more than hours. Early morning water was not coming in washroom as well, i was checking out without taking bath.

Room service is pathetic, very less staff, in kitchen also poor service and quality is also very bad. Overall service is also very poor
