I stayed in this place twice, the first time was great and the manager of the place, Mr. Ansari, Good way with the complaint The second time It was very bad ,the new staff Mrs. Marissa. She is not qualified in customer service.she don’t know how to deal with customer complaints rude . The windows hadn't been cleaned from the outside for a year which made me feel bad. The place was full of bed bugs. Also the chairs and sofa are very fragile and dirty. When we wanted to check out, ms Marissa told me they had to check the place, she brought one of maintenance staff he was stupidly checking the place pretending a detective accusing, that we stole the TV stand from the apartment which made me feel insulted and the reason for his accusation was that the TV was fixed on the wall and the rest of the apartments were not fixed on the wall I told him that the staff knew that the TV was fixed on the wall since we arrived and we did not change anything in the place The staff are bad and rude I do not think of returning to this place
