Bright living/dining room with spacious open-plan kitchen (among other things furnished with ceramic hob, oven, steamer, refrigerator with deep-freeze compartment, dishwasher, coffee machine with capsules (Nespresso DeLonghi) as well as a fondue-set), dining table, sofa and TV. 2 bedrooms with each 1 double bed (2x100x200cm), own bathroom with shower/toilet and access to the balcony. The whole apartment disposes of a floor heating, individual adjustable in each room. WiFi available.

INCLUSIVE: Electricity, heating, water, 1 parking space in the underground parking garage, washing machine and tumble dryer, WiFi, kitchen and bathroom towels, bed linen (initial supply), final cleaning and visitor's tax.
