From start to finish, the service was exceptional and every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was absolutely 5-star, beautifully presented and every one of the three courses was delicious. Our room, The Mallards, was bright, airy, and overlooked the lake. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was excellent too. A huge thank you to all the staff for their professionalism, attention to detail, and seamless service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel for weddings, events, or a relaxing getaway!"
