"On arrival, we were greeted by an enthusiast security officer who was awaiting our arrival😊 . After a bit of a drive, we were amazed that we had a personal ranger Lianet waiting to officially welcome us to Fin Foot. Timekeeping and close attention to detail from every single member at the lodge was so on point. Our check-in process at reception was done online so we just literally greeted and received big smiles and collected our room keys and were briefed by our ranger regarding all the activities and times etc. Everything at the lodge was just simply amazing from the friendly staff to excellent food to well-planned activities for both adults and children. The kids were so well entertained that you did not even have to try finding things for them to do. I get the NO TV … one does not need one after an enjoyable day out with your ranger in the bush or just relaxing at the lodge. It was amazing to see how much passion each staff member took in their portion of duties at Finfoot, and all were done with big smiles and offered extra kind gestures to all guests. "Nicely located in the center of town, the hotel offers nice rooms with fridge and microwave, free parking and a full bathroom including bathtub. A big lounge and outdoor space can be used by guests. The neighborhood is quite and safe, internet was fast and reliable. It is worth noting that the hotel doesn't offer any food or drinks other than breakfast, so you better come prepared or go out for dinner. We definitely found our place for future visits. "El hotel está bien, pero para un hotel de 5 estrellas y la cantidad que se cobra es necesario hacer algunas mejoras. Netflix y YouTube serían mejores en una pantalla un poco más grande. Había un agujero en el titular del espelle de baño. Algunos muebles como las sillas en la zona de comedor necesitan cambiar cuando se están desgastando. La cama real no era lo que esperaba, se unieron 2 camas juntos y podíamos sentir un golpe en el medio, ya que una cama estaba arriba y la otra pequeña baja."
