Second, the bedroom was permeated with a persistent odor from the bathroom drain, which persisted even with windows open for ventilation, severely impacting the comfort level. For a hotel that is supposed to provide a warm and welcoming environment, such basic issues are simply unacceptable. I understand the challenges of operating a hotel, but quality is determined by details, and hygiene and air quality are fundamental. I sincerely hope management will address these issues and address them. This review is not meant to be critical, but rather to help other travelers maintain reasonable expectations.
