Failure to do so will result in an additional cleaning fee - Adhere to local ordinances and burn bans - Adhere to all hot tub rules * There is exterior video surveillance for security purposes. There are no cameras that face the interior or inside the cabin- just at the front and back doors.* * Property Damage Protection Included in your rental rate, our coverage safeguards you against accidental damages up to $1500, ensuring your relaxation and enjoyment during your stay. 24hr check-in and no keys! There are NO cameras facing the interior or inside the cabin- just at the front walkway.** Main Rules: - Be mindful of neighbors, but make sure to enjoy your stay! - No pets allowed- NO exceptions. - No smoking inside or on deck surrounding. (occasionally, no smoking at all anywhere outside Ruidoso when the restriction is high enough due to fire hazards) - Remove trash and wash/ put away dishes prior to your departure - All trash bags must be placed in the large dumpsters around Ruidoso Midtown - leaving trash outside the cabin will attract unwanted creatures. - Lock the Hot Tub when not in use
