Stayed here to attend concert at the O2 so was lovely just to be able to walk to the venue. Found the hotel easily (we had driven from Cardiff) and parking is free if reg is entered into hotel system. Room was clean and tidy with good tea/coffee making facilities including biscuits. Best beds we've slept in at a hotel for a long time with comfy pillows too. Room was made up as a twin as requested at time of booking. Shower was amazing and very hot water. Good choice at breakfast which was cooked to order. All staff helpful. Interesting things to look at in the area

Visited here over the weekend, Lovely food great staff, will definitely return, great pub before you get to the 02, I would certainly eat here rather than 02. Lovely outdoor setting, cant wait to come back and stay next time. Great atmosphere.

So so so disappointed. Really looking forward to something to eat here but alas another place in the UK that can't deal with me and my allergies. Says something when other countries do better than my own. I know I don't fit into set categories and I think this is an issue that the Food Standards Agency need to look at. I can't be the only one who is allergic to cheese, eggs, soya, mustard, red wine amongst other things! No idea what the food was like.

Don't usually bother to write a review but The Pilot was so outstanding just have to do it.The best hotel I have stayed in for years and I usually stay in 50 per annum. The room was brilliantly furnished for comfort and style, it was impeccably clean, the staff were all welcoming and helpful and the breakfast choice and quality was superb. It's a short walk with free parking to the O2 - a no brainer selection if you're visiting from out of town and want to avoid traffic and underground queues.

We rang The Pilot around 4pm on Thursday 25th April to book a table for a meal before heading to the 02 and were told there was no availability for dining for the rest of the day. Disappointed we set off to look for somewhere for a meal at the 02. However, as we had to walk past The Pilot I decided there was no harm in popping in to ask. Imagine my surprise when I was told there was a table for 4 upstairs. Great! Not only that, we were the only ones there at that time. We had a lovely meal with wine. Food and service were great. We were told there was no rush and that we could have the table until 7.30pm! We were on our way before then. So, thank you The Pilot. I just hope that the girl that answered the phone to us didn’t cause you too much lost business.

A great find! Very comfortable bed, wonderful room at the front with an amazing view over the park to the O2. Lovely, friendly staff and delicious breakfast . Perfect! Thank you very much and we will definitely book again when next in the area.

Such a charming find ! Minutes from the 02 arena, in a leafy corner of Greenwich, an authentic redbrick pub and hotel packed with charm and comfort. We were welcomed by Danny, and he and his crew were super friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms have been restored recently and have comfortable beds, great showers, quirky decor and very clean. We had dinner before the O2 event which was fabulous. Fresh, warm rosemary bread to graze on, tender trout and dangerously tempting desserts - coming in mini form, so even when you've said no, you find yourself nibbling on a tiny square of sticky toffee heaven. Will definitely be back, this is my GoTo place for London. North Greenwich tube station.

The room and the food all great ...but we were in a room at the front of the pub just above the door to the pub. Come closing time we were in bed ...we had an early start....the noise of people leaving car's starting up and people talking outside for ages after leaving the pub ....get a room at the back not the front

Pilot Inn is a Fullers house. Traditional Pub atmosphere with bar and restaurant. Rooms are decorated in a traditional manner with a modern twist. Very clean pleasant staff and good food. My room included Breakfast. Walking distance from the O2. Definitely will return
