La ubicación del hotel es muy conveniente y hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor. También está cerca del transporte. El personal era amable y servicial.

Tuve la suerte de poder registrarme temprano al mediodía y hacer uso adicional de las instalaciones del spa, lo cual fue genial. El personal fue amable y servicial, y el hotel estaba extremadamente limpio. El desayuno fue fantástico, uno de los mejores desayunos de hotel que he tenido. Excelente ubicación para asistir a eventos en el O2, especialmente con la pasarela cubierta hacia el estadio, directamente desde el hotel. La zona de la piscina del spa es agradable, pero se ve un poco desgastada en algunos lugares (uno de los tramos de escaleras de la piscina estaba roto) y mi habitación estaba bien equipada (con una vista increíble del río desde el piso 14), pero un poco sin personalidad. Pero en general fue muy bueno. ¡Me quedaría allí otra vez!

Excellent location, 6-10 mins walk over to the O2. Rooms was clean and breakfast options was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay again

Nice hotel tucked away a stone's throw from Deptford Bridge DLR station. Nothing really in the area other than a Co-op shop and takeout coffee shop so you'll likely be using the DLR to go to Cutty Sark for drinks and food etc. Didn't mention I had to pay a £50 deposit for any add-ons. Still waiting for this to be returned after checkout. Friendly staff and free warm cookie on check-in. Room was decent but as a solo room rather cramped and a strange design with the bed in the middle of the room with a cupboard behind with a bathroom behind. Light switch and plugs on the side of this cupboard. Also a bit of noise from above. Very good free WiFi and nice TV in room. Tea and coffee provided on an awkward kettle tray thing you need to somehow carry from behind the bed to the desk. Safe provided also. Desk also not ideal as you can't put your feet underneath properly as there's a shelf below. Aircon/heating decent but heater causes condensation on mirrors in wall. Rooms tidied and bed made every day which is nice. Didn't try the bar as no price list in the room and looked very posh/expensive. Overall a decent stay. I think someone needs to test run a stay in the room I stayed in though (room 1) just to see how unintuitive/awkward the room is. Would maybe stay again if cheap but would look for better location next time.

A well located hotel 5 minutes from a DLR station a range of eating places locally although the hotel restaurant turned out to be a good option. helpful staff and a decent size room, but a bigger tv and a more modern shower would have added value to my 3 night stay
