On the outskirts, 600 m from the centre of Rovio, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, 10 m from the edge of the forest, 2.6 km from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: natural state property 6'000 m2 with plants and flowers, natural garden, beautiful garden to relax. Table tennis, patio, pergola. In the house: central heating system. Motor access to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 4 km, restaurant 200 m, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Postauto Linie 541" 500 m, railway station "Melano SBB-CFF" 2.1 km, lake Lago di Lugano 2.6 km. Walking paths from the house 10 m. Nearby attractions: Swissminiatur, Melide 7 km, Outlet Foxtown, Mendrisio 9 km, Mercato Como IT 23 km, Mercato Ponte Tresa IT 30 km, Mühle von Bruzella. Beautiful location above Lago di Lugano. Natural plot of 6,000 m2. Facility getting old. WiFi simply unusable. No seat lighting. Wouldn't come back.

Except in the bathroom, no heating in the room. Internet too weak. On the other hand, very warm welcome by a super nice lady and a magnificent Garden of Eden.

Convenient for 2 people. Kitchen behind the front door not so practical. Garden use was a great thing.

There were too many mosquitoes and spiders in the room. On the last day I would have to throw the trash 500m away from accommodation.

Studio ist zwar klein, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Es ist ruhig und an einem sehr schönen Ort gelegen. Der Hausbesitzer war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat es keinen WLAN und der Fernseher hat keine SRF Programme. Auch der
