47 km north of Rovaniemi center, lake Perunkajärvi 25 m (15 km long, width 0.6 km), quite deep shore, hard sand bottom, pier, 2 boats (rowing boat and aluminum boat).
Log villa, built in 2018. Living room-kitchen sofa bed, 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds, loft with one bed (width 120 cm) and a mattress, sauna (always ready electric stove), washroom, 2 separate toilets, dressing area, large terrace (75 m²).
In the villa Android-TV (Netflix etc.)
Carport with a 15 m² studio apartment: Living room-kitchen and toilet / shower room. There is sofa bed, minikitchen (refrigerator, induction stove), microwave, kettle, coffee maker and TV.
On the beach there is a special rotating roofed barbeque place, which can be turned in the direction of the sun shining (or where wanted).
All bookings at this property end at 12:00 (including weekend bookings). Villa Vihtori is a well equipped log villa in a quiet location on a large lake. Ground heat keeps the heat steady throughout the year. Villa has underfloor heating throughout the downstairs. Large terrace on the lake side.
Snow shoes and polar ski stumpys disposable for free.
For an additional fee / by separate agreement, a separate summer sauna building with a steam room, living room - kitchen and a glazed terrace. The kitchen has a sink and sewer, fridge, micro, TV, foldable bed and wood stove. The water to the summer sauna is obtained with a surface water pipe. Use of the summer sauna must be agreed with the owner.
Perunkajärvi is situated in an almost wilderness area, but within reasonable distance from the center of Rovaniemi and the Arctic Circle. Road to Perunkajärvi is good, driving time from/to airport and Arctic Circle is ab. 40 min. Frisbeetrack 10 km.
In the area there is possibility for berry picking in the forest (during that season). Lake Perunkajärvi is well suited for fishing. Additional information about local fishing licenses from the owner. In Lake Perunkajärvi you can fish with one lure when you have paid the fishing management...
