After spending two nights in this hostel I can say that it was the worst experience. We are four female students who want to share our experience to help it not be yours. All the toilets and showers were unhygienic apart from being not very spacious. The hostel in general has very old and uncomfortable facilities, many stairs, narrow, some broken... In the room we stayed in (on the top floor), we only arrived to find the sheets dirty, after insisting that they finally change them, the new ones were not much better. The room was old and poorly ventilated. Not only have there been problems with the facilities but also with the services, after making the corresponding payments, an extra €36 was withdrawn from the bank account from which they had already been withdrawn at the time of the reservation as a deposit, the claim was made and while we were in contact with the hostel to solve it, the same aamout was withdrawned a third time. From reception they tell us that they don't have this €72 extra, that it hasn't arrived in their account, from the movements of the account where the money has been taken we see that it has been taken from the Hostal. Once the check out was done, by contacting one of the workers, we managed to get him to come and show us the movements from the hostel, resulting in the fact that they had two of the three charges of €36, they ended up returning one of the extra payments made , but we are still waiting for what is missing. We ended up paying a total of €79 per person, for two nights in a hostel that is not worth it, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Fortemente sconsigliato. L'ostello è molto sporco e puzza e anche le camere hanno un forte cattivo odore. Le scale sono molto ripide e il pavimento scricchiola molto, quindi, tutte le volte che qualcuno cammina, il rumore è molto forte e fastidioso e disturba anche se si è in camera. Anche le porte delle camere fanno molto rumore nel chiudersi e cigolano. Letti e lenzuola sporchi, altri clienti durante il mio pernottamento lì mi hanno riferito che nel loro letto hanno trovato le cimici del letto e i manager dell'ostello non hanno fatto nulla per trovare una soluzione alla situazione. Bagni e docce molto sporchi e invivibili, per di più c'è solo un bagno per ogni piano e solo un bagno e una doccia esclusivamente per donne in tutto l'ostello. Inoltre, con la prenotazione tramite Hostelworld avevo già pagato parte del totale (36€ su 242€), ma il gestore dell'ostello non l'ha detratto al pagamento in struttura e mi ha fatto pagare nuovamente il costo totale del pernottamento (quindi 242€). Il giorno dopo, mi sono stati prelevati altri 36€ dal conto bancario dall'ostello. Dopo aver contattato il ragazzo alla reception, che a differenza del suo capo è stato molto disponibile, e averci discusso, sono riuscita a riavere una parte dei soldi detratti senza motivo, ma non l'intera somma, finendo per pagare 72€ in più di quello che avrei dovuto.

fortemente sconsigliato. il fatto che sia in una buona posizione non compensa neanche lontanamente lo schifo che fa tutto il resto. la reception ha orari scomodissimi, chiude alle 20.00 e riapre alle 12.00 del giorno dopo. ho dormito 2 notti e già prima di andare a dormire la prima notte pensavamo di tornare a casa. il personale non è disponibile. 1) ci hanno tolto dal conto della carta associata alla prenotazione per due volte in più, quindi 3 al posto di 1, €36 per le tasse. dopo un giorno a cercare di farglielo capire siamo riuscite ad averne indietro solo uno dei due €36. 2) il mio letto era sporco e aveva macchie di sangue, quindi ho chiesto di farmi cambiare lenzuola, federa del cuscino e copri materasso. 3) i bagni erano uno per piano e sporchi, i lavandini intasati. le docce sono miste e altrettanto sporche. 4) qualsiasi cosa di questo posto scricchiola, dalle scale, al pavimento ma soprattutto le porte rendendo impossibile non svegliare gli altri anche solo per andare in bagno di notte. 5) non è possibile far arieggiare la camera perché c’era solo una finestrella e l’odore in generale era davvero sgradevole. 6) abbiamo parlato con una ragazza, anche lei ospite dell’ostello, che aveva punture di CIMICI DA LETTO su praticamente tutto il corpo.
