Premium Studio A w/private yard

The studio has been newly remodeled and lots of extras have been added. It’s very private, spacious, clean and modern. The studio is tastefully decorated. It has a queen bed, a futon bed, full bath, a kitchenette with a fridge, two burner table cooktop, a toaster oven, microwave, crock pot, skillet as no more. It has two parking spaces. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets). The space The studio is fully stocked with all the necessities for a comfortable stay. It’s has excellent Wi-Fi. It has a private yard with outdoor furniture, a swing, a propane Weber grill and a charcoal grill. It also has a dog run through the gray gate behind the studio. Parking is in front of the studio/fence. Please do not block the long driveway to studio B. The studio is in a great neighborhood and close to the hospital, restaurants and shopping. Guest access The private fenced yard in front the the unit and parking. Other things to note There are two studios side by side. Please do not park in or block the long driveway to studio B.
