Experience Ostseeurlaub at its best! In our 1997 built and 2005 newly furnished house you will find a friendly atmosphere all the comfort with which you every season a peaceful and relaxing stay. On 130 sqm living area on the ground floor, it offers plenty of space for your family or friends. And when the sun is not shining, you can relax on the terrace, in front of the stove or in the sauna. The house is located between the districts and Elmenhorst Lichtenhagen, just 25 minutes away from the center of Rostock. The primitive Elmenhorster beach is just 3 km away, to the fine sandy beach of Warnemünde is 5 km away. Idyllic, it can be almost impossible to live around Rostock. The holiday house has 800 sqm plot nestled lying on a 2-hectare private mill land. Erholung pur
Diese Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen.Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.Hervorragende Ausstattung, viel Platz, ruhige Lage, nette Gastgeber, ....Absolut empfehlenswert!!!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit tollem Garten
Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Auch die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Super Unterkunft mit Familie und kleinem Hund
Wir haben vier wundervolle Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft verbracht – mit vier Erwachsenen, zwei kleinen Kindern (1 und 5 Jahre), der Oma und sogar unserem Hund. Es war einfach perfekt! Das Haus ist nicht nur gemütlich und sehr sauber, sondern auch unglaublich liebevoll ausgestattet. Es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt – selbst wenn man mal etwas für die Kinder vergessen hatte, wurde man vor Ort schnell fündig. Besonders angenehm war die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung, die einem den Aufenthalt mit Kleinkindern deutlich erleichtert hat.Die Lage ist ein absoluter Traum – ruhig gelegen direkt an einer kleinen Pferdekoppel, was vor allem für die Kinder ein echtes Highlight war. Die Vermieterin war sehr herzlich und jederzeit erreichbar, wenn man eine Frage hatte oder etwas brauchte. Man fühlte sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Seltenes Fundstück!
Wir waren schon zum 3. Mal da und es war wie immer wunderschön! Das Haus, der Garten, die Sauna, kinderfreundlich, ein Katzensprung zum Meer (10 Auto-Minuten) und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin - was will man mehr :)

Kurze gemütliche Auszeit
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut geeignet für Reisen mit Hund. Schöner großer eingezäunter Garten:) Das Haus ist super sauber und jedes Zimmer hat seinen eigenen Charme. Viele interessante Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!
Die Unterkunft ist in sehr schöner Lage, mit nur wenigen Autominuten zum Strand und nach Rostock. Das Haus steht in ruhiger Lage und eignet sich perfekt für einen Entspannungsurlaub, der Garten und die Wohnräume sind liebvoll gestaltet. Sehr zu emfehlen!
