Arrived to this hotel my company booked on a Sunday evening after a full day travelling from the UK to get here. On a Sunday there are literally no staff on site, no restaurant, no bar, no reception… Absolutely nobody! An older German couple had to phone the emergency number because they couldn’t get into the room that had booked. They were told it would be 30 mins before anyone could attend. Someone did eventually arrive, I asked about food and beverages and was told there is a vending machine in the garage! I was also told they have a problem getting staff…. My friends, if you own a hotel and you have no staff, you need to close it, or staff it yourself. I have no idea what happens if there is a fire or medical emergency on site!?? It’s unbelievably bad. It’s not a bad hotel, just don’t EVER plan to arrive or stay on a Sunday!

The room was ok,but I was happy it was raining during night otherwise it would be a sauna.Breakfast was very good but coffee was the worst I have every drunk.. Probably from the big machine for the ninties.. Dinner was ok but my Salomon jad been cooked twice so it was very dry .. My husband did not get the beer he had ordered perhaps they thought I would not notice a difference.. The hotel is ok though it was rather gloomy with a small window.Not a fine parking.The staff was very friendly On the whole it was ok ,but please do something with the coffee...

Please know in advance there is no air conditioning to speak of in this hotel. The room was so hot that we bought fans, opened windows and still couldn’t get comfortable, this was before the hot temps even hit. 70’s in the day. Of course, there’s nobody to complain to. When I tell you that there is absolutely NOBODY physically at this hotel to run it, I am being 100% accurate. I did see a girl there that put the check in keys on the counter for people to just pick up with their name on it and go to there room. Not a person around all day or night. The room was so small that I didn’t have a place other than the bed to open my suitcase. I will say that the restaurant food we ate one night was delicious. Well prepared and presented. The only highlight here.

Wir waren von Ungarn (7Std) her hier zur Durchreise und freuten uns auf einen erholsamen Abend mit Abendessen und am Morgen nach dem Frühstück weiter nach Hause. Es fand aber eine Hochzeit statt und das Restaurant und die Bar waren geschlossen, so dass wir gezwungen waren, nochmals ins Auto zu steigen und auswärts zu essen. Vorgängig wurden wir nicht informiert.Ansonsten hätten wir ein anderes Hotel gebucht! Die Musik war bis nach Mitternacht extrem laut. Das Zimmer stank nach Rauch, die Toilette fürchterlich nach Urin (Wc-Bürstenhaltrr war voll🫣) , die Dusche mit Haaren im Abfluss nicht geputzt und im Kühlschrank war Essen von unseren Vorgängern vorhanden. Das Frühstück war mangelhaft. Kein frisches Brot, alles aufgebacken und die Ablagen richtig schmudelig! Das Buffet lieblos hergerichtet.. alles aus der Packung auf Ablage gelegt! Die Kaffeemaschine wurde wahrscheinlich seit Monaten nie geputzt! Schade, wir hatten uns auf ein stylisches Hotel gefreut und nicht auf eine schmudelige Abstiege. Auf der Website sieht’s das Hotel super aus und es wäre auch toll, wenn richtig geputzt würde. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat das kaum interessiert. Ein knappes „oh, dann war Ihr Aufenthalt nicht gut!?“Fazit: nie wieder und nicht empfehlenswert, solange die Leitung des Hotels nichts ändert, oder wsh. eine ganz andere Führung das Hotel übernimmt.
