ABOUT THE HOME: This meticulously maintained emerald coast home located in the Seacrest Beach Community is the perfect place to enjoy spending time with family and friends. No detail was overlooked in the design of this space. An open concept living area features 10' ceilings, pecky cypress wrapped beams, and a fireplace. The chef's kitchen, which seamlessly flows from the living area, is host to Thermador appliances, custom cabinetry, and a large marble island. The kitchen is a professional one and, alongside the sumptuous dining room and well-appointed wet bar, it sets the tone for entertaining any event. The home has 2 oversized porches great for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying a great book and glass of wine. The second level features spacious guest suites and a bunk room, which then lead to the third-floor tower room. Designed as a bonus space, the tower room opens to a third-floor deck featuring an outdoor fireplace and an amazing view you won't get enough of. ABOUT THE AREA: Casual and quiet, yet full of character. Seacrest Beach welcomes those who want to relax without a worry. Lounge by a dune lake, bask by the beach or stroll to the shops. In Seacrest, you don’t need a set schedule. Head to this family-friendly spot to join a tight-knit community in all-natural surroundings, but also for shopping, dining, outdoor adventure and – of course – the beach. Established in 1996, Seacrest Beach has become a popular destination for those longing to experience the best of Florida: sugar white sand, dunes, emerald water, spectacular breath-taking sunsets. AMENITY ACCESS: In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas. *** Attention Guests, please note that there is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. We will collect this fee prior to your arrival. BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all! Local Attractions: The Big Chill 30A, Gulf Place Plaza, Camp Helen State Park, Henderson Beach State Park A, Village of Baytowne Wharf, Grayton Beach State Park, Alys Beach, Seaside Beach, Watercolor Beach Home Truths: - Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without approval there is a fine of $500 per pet. - Please note: a long-term tenant lives in the carriage house. - Guests must walk through the carport, which belongs to the long-term tenant, to reach the front door. The walkway itself is shared. Parking Details: - 1 parking space. - Guests may park in any of the gravel spots located at the front of the house. - The back carport is not available for guest use. . This is a smoke-free property.. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees. There is nothing more important to us at than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions. As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards. IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit. We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
