I've been coming to this place since 2016, and it's always been an amazing experience. The cleanliness is top-notch, and the quiet atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for relaxation. The staff is incredibly hospitable and friendly, making you feel right at home. Whether I'm staying for a day or a month, I know I'm in good hands. The facilities and amenities are always well-maintained and impressive. It's truly a second home to me, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

Good. Breakfast must change menu, not one menu, especially on Coffee. Fruits and cereals not proper.

Kindly improve on your customer care especially for your international customers, because even from the time I made my reservation I had to keep on asking for confirmation which delayed for some days, but atleast the gentleman who assisted us on our arrival was very helpful and kind.

I paid a deposit to secure rooms for my stay,upon my arrival the rooms where given to other people which is a serious turn off for me 😭. Luckily Princess managed to get me some rooms that are more or less the same as the ones we saw when making the deposit

The service was good, but my room was not cleaned on a daily basis and my trash bin was not checked, so it was a bit struggle for me, having to spend 2 day's with a trash bin that is not emptied. And also I didn't get the towels for the bathroom. But the overall service was really good, except not being given towels and the trashbin being checked

Everything was good. All comments we have is that the food was a bit cold. We think the venue is very pretty and the staff is helpful when you ask for something. They did set-up the tables for us and made sure we received what we asked for. Venue is a bit hot as there are no aircons but they assisted with fans which helped a lot. Our employees who stayed over also said their dinner and breakfast was a bit cold.

We have booked twice before for our clients and both times they were unable to find our proof of payments and forced our guests to pay for their rooms. When we supplied pop - they (still currently battling with it) did not refund the monies to the guests. The rooms were NOT up to standard! You do NOT get what you paid for!!!

Was a disaster from start to finish. Disorganised, untrained front desk staff, booking not confirmed, despite being done and paid for online. Best part was leaving the next morning!! Door keys had to be re-programmed as did not work the 1st time, request for early packed breakfast was not done, pool was half full and area around pool was full of bottles and take away rubbish.

The service was generally good. However I had expected that they clean the rooms when we were gone, I did not know how that works because we were not told during check in. The food was good I am not complaining. The staff was also welcoming and friendly. I went there for practicals at Florida and my sponsor delayed the payment however I was allowed to stay until it was sorted out.
