Maison Suite Spagna

What I booked and paid for: one family room containing, as advertised, one superior quadruple room for for adults. What I got: one double bed, one couch, one sitting chair which folds into a "bed" for a small child, and a demand from the manager for more money to use linen on the "single" bed (which is a couch, not a bed). I did not pay after complaining to the booking agent which contacted the property to give me what I booked but it could not, because this property has no room with one double bed and 2 single beds. I checked at the property but apparently that makes no difference.. Breakfast: don't bother. The portions are minuscule, the hot chocolate was cold. We ate elsewhere. TV -400+ channels, none in English, 2 streaming options that may or may not work (must have own streaming account). Electrical outlets - wobbly, with one outlet taped over. Presume it does not work and needs repair. Courtyard view - a view of rubbish bins and aircon units. Keep the curtains closed. Foyer - as you open the door, walk past more permanently placed rubbish bins. Lift works when it wants to. Bathroom - shower recess so small that even for a small person, it is impossible to turn around. Management - would not agree one double bed, one couch and one chair does not equal one "superior quadruple room". A very, very disappointing stay that left me feeling completely misled by the advertising. Will never stay again.

We are so lucky we found this perfect spot to stay in, during our visit to Rome. The location is perfect, the room was beautiful, and the staff was lovely. The breakfast was exactly what we wanted for our first meal in Italy! We were able to email back and forth before the trip and confirm all the details of our stay. We needed a “triple” rooms- a big bed for my husband and me, and a small one for our 4 year old. You never know when you pick a hotel or B&B based on an internet search whether the reviews are accurate or exaggerated. So grateful this is where we ended up!!

Camera ben curata, pulita e accogliente in pieno centro, personale gentile attento e super disponibile, al rientro ci facevano trovare sempre della frutta fresca in camera, e l ultima sera ci hanno fatto trovare una bottiglia di vino.Posizione ottima, in pieno centro, vicinissimo a piazza di spagna e alla metro. Ci ritorneremo di sicuro
