Payed upfront everything. Asked for re-schedule, got screamed and called " you are not normal " , epic customer service and treatment. If you are looking be their guest in the hotel - dont. Pay more and enjoy large hotel services. I never booked a hotel, payed and treated like that - never. I stayed maybe in more than 70 hotels around the world in different continent, even in a 1 star hotel the treatement was - heaven!

This boutique hotel was awesome! We were here a week and we felt like it was our home. The staff was very friendly, helpful and always professional. Would especially like to give a special Thank you to front desk staff person Rhyan, who went above and beyond in making our stay very comfortable - He was the Best! We really appreciated being able to dine and go as we pleased with our own set of keys, made our Daily plans so easy. We really appreciated the daily morning breakfast made to order and brought to our room every morning at our specified time. It made the beginning of our day very nice, and one day when we had to leave for a tour earlier than normal breakfast time- Rhyan asked if we’d like a cold breakfast the night before, which consisted of orange juice, bread with butter/jelly and cake. That was so nice and worked out perfectly, so we could eat a little something before we left. The room was very comfortable and staff always supplied us with everything we needed. The actual location can not be beat! We were within steps of the Colosseum! Made it so easy to go tour and not to mention all the restaurants, gelato places, and taxi stand right down the street! We even had our laundry done one day because it was so convenient! This hotel may cost a little more but it’s central location and comfort, plus staff made it a great place to see Rome and all its historical wonders. Just can’t say enough good things! The neighborhood could get a little noisy at night due to bars & restaurants in area and touristy location, but that should be expected. Each room has air conditioning so you could keep your window closed of needed for more quiet.

The main reason to stay here is its proximity to the awe-inspiring Colosseum. Even though most of Rome's attractions are situated more North-West, you can't beat opening your window shutters every morning to look upon the famous amphitheatre. Rome is a city to be explored on-foot, but you can also hail taxis just around the corner from the hotel, and you're close to a metro station. The rooms are comfortable, with a decent bed, mini-fridge, small safe, and - surprisingly - some basic cooking facilities. Breakfast is a continental platter served to your room at a time of your choosing, and was all very tasty. They even did hot chocolate, which was delicious. The one downside: for some reason, the pillows aggravated my eyes and made them bloodshot. Not sure what that was all about. The staff were friendly enough, no issues to report.

Buraya Milanodan biraz geç geldim. Cok kaba bir otel personeli odemeyle ilgili bana ulaştı kabalığı sınır tanımadı küfretmeye başladı. Otelin girişi çok kötü. Hiçbir destek yok. Çalışanın adı Ajeje Brazorf olduğunu söyledi tamamen terbiyesiz nasıl konuşacağını bilmiyor.

Stanza sporca, polvere sedimentata da tempo sotto il letto. Doccia rotta. Stanza e bagno freddo. Abbiamo chiamato per chiedere l'attivazione del riscalda, che ci hanno promesso ma non mantenuto. Tenda macchiata, inguardabile, non parliamo del frigo che aveva al suo interno cibo lasciato da chi l'aveva occupata in precedenza. Dicono che pulisco e sanificano ma mi sono sentita veramente presa in giro. Non abbiamo voluto la colazione non ci siamo fidati. Hanno pulito sotto il letto solo dopo specifica richiesta.
