There are pros and cons to staying at this property. Pros: The property is located in a very safe convenient location. About a mile walk to all major attractions in the center of Rome. The staff is very very kind. Responded pretty quickly via WhatsApp. They coordinated our transportation to and from the airport to property seamlessly. It is spacious and provided enough room for 3 adults. Staff held our luggage until we departed at 5:30 in the evening, since check out is 10:00 am. Which is pretty early, would be nice to have a later check out time. But didn’t expect it since we knew ahead of time it was 10:00 am. Cons: There is no air conditioning. I was under the impression there was AC, but the staff provided two extra fans for our room. But still very hot and muggy in the room during June. The ceiling fan, does not work on high. There are 5 levels, once you go up to level 3 it’s makes an awful noise that sounds like something scratchy across the floor. It’s terribly obnoxious. We didn’t find out till day 3 the noise was coming from the fan. When we arrived we didn’t know about online checkin and when we arrived we weren’t sure how to go inside since the doors were locked. However the manager of property called me promptly and opened the door remotely, and allowed us to wait inside until he arrived or check in, and he was very helpful and kind. Overall the lack of AC would be the only deterrent for me not to rebook. If this was fixed would def come back.

I was due to arrive out of reception hours, therefore they said they were going to provide me with virtual access. When I arrived at midnight the instructions didn’t allow me to access the building, when another guest opened the building door, there were no instructions to which room or how to open the room door. In a desperate attempt to open the door we took the keys that were left on the reception desk. One of those keys opened a door that wasn’t ours and we woke a poor lady who was sleeping. This then caused us concern as to the safety of the places and ourselves. We tried the emergency number on the door, we emailed and called every number available. We asked the other guests to read the instructions we had been given in case we were missing something but we were unable to gain access. So at 2a.m. We started looking for another hotel and managed to find one at double the cost. We paid so we could sleep that night. The following day we returned at 11 a.m. but still no one there and no response to my emails and texts. We then had to find another hotel for that night. All in all not a great start to our holiday.

160€ (non rimborsabili) a notte per avere 29°C in camera: invivibile. Non si può che essere costretti a cercare una struttura alternativa (come poi sono stata costretta a fare). Assistenza clienti inesistente dal momento che le risposte arrivano dopo interi giorni. Per ricevere una misera risposta, nemmeno esaustiva, è stato necessario contattare l'assistenza di booking; senza comunque ottenere nulla visto che dopo aver incassato la quota di pagamento si sono totalmente disinteressati del disagio. Le foto non corrispondono alla realtà: sembrerebbe un ambiente nuovo e curato, ma in realtà è abbastanza vecchio, mal tenuto e mal pulito; uno specchio per le allodole. Aria condizionata inesistente, presente un ventilatore vecchissimo e rumoroso: il prezzo non è ingiustificato, è totalmente un furto. Dichiarano "insonorizzazione", FALSO. Il posto è rumoroso e si sente praticamente tutto. Dichiarano "minibar", FALSO. C'è un piccolo frigorifero in camera, ma non raffredda e contiene solo una bottiglietta d'acqua. La tessera magnetica per il check-in è lasciata all'esterno della struttura in una piazzetta, all'interno di una buchetta della posta rotta, alla quale chiunque potrebbe accedere per prenderla. L'odore di muffa e umido, unito al caldo estivo, è il tratto distintivo: 29°C in camera per 160€ ? No, grazie
