Torre Capranica

Замечательное местоположение. Нашли быстро, благодаря фотографии. Кто поедет, запомните, Вам нужна башня. Апартаменты прямо в башне. Номер Делюкс небольшой, не хватает шкафов, полки в ванной и сковороды! Надеюсь, менеджеры услышат меня и дополнят квартиру необходимым. С менеджерами связывались по whats"up, очень приятные, спрашивали, как дела, нужна ли помощь. Есть отопление (мы были в феврале), чисто, комфортно. Единственное! Чтобы подняться нужно идти по лестнице. Для кого-то это может быть проблемой. Стола обеденного нет, только барная стойка. Детям сидеть было бы неудобно.

We had a wonderful stay! The flat was fully equipped, comfortable, and ideal for our family — especially with the cable TV channels that kept the kids happy. The kitchen was excellent and allowed us to enjoy a few homemade meals in between delicious outings. The real highlight? A spectacular view over Rome from the terrace — truly magical, especially at sunset. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the Pantheon, making it the perfect base to explore the Eternal City and indulge in fantastic Italian food. The concierge service was top class, and a special shoutout to Noemi, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt truly welcomed and cared for. Highly recommend — 5 stars without hesitation!

We booked boldly Torre Caparanica despite quite a few of the TripAdvisor reviews, which we have thought were based on unusually unrealistic expectations, and we were not wrong. First the location- so central and so quiet at the same time, on Piazza Capranica, in the middle of the middle of Pantheon area of Rome! The room was spacious, greatly decorated, without even mentioning a superb masterpiece on the ceiling and the upper parts of the walls. The staff were extraordinary welcoming, friendly and helpful. everything worked like a charm, from airport transfer to the reception. As we were entering the building I was trying to figure out what were all those complaints in reviews that I had read about. The area is super safe, the entry to the building is quite grandiose, and the room that we stayed in was marvelous. And no, I do not think that the elevator is small in contrary, I though it just added to the feeling of cosiness of the entire building. All in all, a great experience, worth maximum rating!

Stayed 4 nights with my wife from 16 to June 20th 2023 in apartment/suite n°6 on the third floor. While the location is great in the heart of Rome historical center, we had a very poor experience at Torre Capranica with two severe problems during the full stay: 1. No cold water at all (only very hot water in the bath room, only super hot/burning water in the shower, kitchenette, even in the toilets!!!,...). No offer for any mineral water to help us out. 2. No A/C at all either in the apartment contrary to what was advertised on the web site. The Temperature got above 37,5°C starting at 3 pm until the middle of the night.!!! We signalled both issues as soon as possible and they were not solved during our stay. The issue was also impacting Aprt 4. When asking to talk to management, first they did not call when we were still there. After insisting, I could talk to them only after we left. We had to ask for an apology :) and did not get any offer for a discount while paying a price place ＞ 500 Euros per night. "It is not the policy of management; you should have left the place if you were not happy and asked for a refund" is what we were told.

Δεν είναι καθόλου βολικό για οικογένειες..πολλά σκαλιά..καθόλου φιλική η οικοδέσποινα..ελλιπής φωτισμός..θέρμανση καθόλου..με αποτέλεσμα να παγώσουμε το βράδυ..ούτε μια εσπρεσιερα στο διαμέρισμα..και κατά την αποχώρηση μας τις βαλίτσες έπρεπε με ταξί να βρεθούμε 2 χιλιόμετρα μακριά από το σημείο που είναι το διαμέρισμα..και να τις πάμε αλλά να τις πάρουμε χρειαστήκαμε ταξί..έλειπες ηχομόνωση..μακριά ειδικά από οικογένειες και καρότσι ακόμη περισσότερο..!!
