La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Rome

The hotel was very clean, nice, quiet, and beautiful! The staff was very professional and very nice. I truly enjoyed my stay.

Excellent Hotel on the Hill. The staff are accommodating and will go out of their way to make sure you are pleased with your stay. The renovation is an A plus. They also made sure we had our rooms together! First stay we were able to enjoy the pool this stay renovations were being done. Excellent Customer Service. Also, the Breakfast will save you money, if you decide not to go to the Huddle House down the hill across the street.

I feel that this hotel needs to work on cleaning up rooms. need to fix the faucets and clean up the mold in the bathrooms. The cost of the room is not worth the value.I feel they aren't concerned about the customer once they have you booked and in the room. I feel charging $ 25 dollars a night for each pet is ridiculous and out of line. I have stayed at plenty of hotels they charge you a one time fee. I will not be recommend for any body to stay at this hotel.

I was on a mining trip and there were not many options along the way. I’m so happy I stumbled upon this hotel. Chintan and Mosam made this such a pleasant stay. They both always had big smiles and went out of the way to make sure I was happy. They were so kind I even wanted to engage into conversation with them and learned some very interesting things. The free breakfast was so good. Love the waffles. I was so impressed how clean the breakfast nook was. I plan to come back when in the area. My room was big clean and comfortable. Slept like a baby. I must say when I left I felt as if I had made 2 new friends. When was the last time you could say that about a hotel?

Staff was ver friendly. Had a couple of small maintenance issues with the room(couldn’t adjust room temperature). The room was a little cooler than I prefer. The room was clean and the motel is in a safe location.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I visited Rome Ga for mountain day. I booked at last minute and expected a below par experience but I was extremely satisfied. The room was spacious. Customer service was excellent. Morning breakfast was delicious.

The gentleman that checked me in started off obviously annoyed that I was there while he was playing on his phone, he then told me all my cards declined, I called the banks and he didn’t even attpwmt to run them. What would you know they go through now! T

Owners obviously haven't updated certain parts of the facility. Open drains in sink & tub, no stoppers. The night desk person was the best amenity, her name was Ashley. The breakfast was not on par to many other LaQuintas.
