It was my birthday weekend and I needed a hotel that would comfortably accommodate my friends and I. The Mercure was affordable, while still having first class amenities. I enjoyed some of the treats at breakfast and really liked how spacious the rooms were. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only really inconvenience was the check in being on the 26th floor, but I would definitely recommend this hotel for large groups traveling to Nantong.

SShanghaiyashuLas instalaciones de las habitaciones del hotel son un poco antiguas y el ambiente se siente un poco deteriorado. La vegetación ha perdido su vitalidad anterior debido a la falta de cuidado y parte se ha marchitado. Espero que se pueda fortalecer la gestión y el mantenimiento del hotel para que podamos ver un hotel vibrante en el futuro. ¡Aquí me gustaría expresar mi agradecimiento especial al personal de limpieza🙏🙏🙏! La cuestión es esta: estaba a punto de salir alrededor de las 12 del mediodía del 16 de abril de 2024, pero descubrí que faltaba uno de mis anillos de oro. Busqué por la habitación pero no pude encontrarlo. Caminé hacia el ascensor, me encontré con el encargado de la habitación del hotel, me arriesgué y le dije al camarero: ”Se me cayó un anillo de oro en la habitación de invitados y no podré encontrarlo por un tiempo. . Espero que ella pueda ayudar a encontrarlo”. Ella dijo que sí. Luego hice el check out y estaba a punto de salir del hotel. Justo antes de salir de la comunidad, recibí una llamada de la recepción del hotel que decía: ”Encontré el anillo de oro. Déjenme regresar y buscar el anillo de oro de inmediato. ”. Esto me conmovió mucho. La eficiencia en el trabajo, el entusiasmo y la sinceridad de este camarero por las necesidades urgentes de los clientes me hicieron sentir sinceramente conmovido e inspirador. Ella me hizo recuperar el anillo de oro que no tenía esperanzas, ¡gracias! Por la presente informo a su empresa para transmitirle mi agradecimiento.

SStephanie Monique PenderThis hotel is the best in Nantong as far as service, views and food. Let’s start with the service. Upon arrival which was very late, we were greeted by the front desk staff. These ladies were so kind and helpful. They helped my husband and I get settled up and settled in. We were told all the different areas of the hotel including the beautiful pool. The next morning we arrived at the main building for breakfast. It was amazing the options that were available. Western style breakfast was provided. Even cold cereal. Chinese breakfast is also provided. The restaurant has amazing views of the grounds which you can enjoy while having breakfast , lunch or dinner. After breakfast we were given a tour of the upstairs area where you can see the entire hotel and then some. The service person who gave us the tour is a very nice man who also gave us a shuttle ride to the restaurant. Did I say that the staff is amazing? They are the best!!! Our room was upgraded and it has a tub in the bathroom. The views from our room was spectacular. We stayed in the villa suite. It has a living area and a separate bedroom. More than enough room for two people. The hotel is walking distance to Lang Shan mountain/ temple and a lovely park by the river. You can also rent a bike for a ride. The grounds remind me of suburbia USA. Loved it. You can walk forever in the beautiful naturalistic surroundings which include little brooks and ponds. Peaceful and surreal. The architecture of the villas are so beautiful. I felt at home. Our room also had a somewhat of a wrap around balcony to have your morning coffee on. I could on and on about this hotel but you should go see for yourself. You won’t be disappointed. We will definitely go back again and again.

SSean 肖涵Big hotel in a quiet location. Rooms were nice and spacious. Breakfast buffet was ok as was dinner at the hotel. The hot spring had an indoor pool and some small outdoor pools, it was quite nice but there were no meals available.
