The hotel is brand new, and the decor they are creating is lovely. I loved the rooms — my family and I stayed in three different ones, and they were all gorgeous. The pool and the hotel overall are very clean. However, the main issue lies in the service. I understand it’s a new hotel, and during my stay, it was fully booked, which may explain the apparent lack of staff. The food, offered buffet-style as part of the all-inclusive package, is actually very good. But again, service is where things fall short. Often, no one approaches your table unless you call them. Even after making a request, it can take around 30 minutes just to receive drinks. Service at the pool is also very slow. Orders are sometimes forgotten, and if you go directly to the bar, they won’t serve you — instead, they tell you to ask your waiter. Unfortunately, waiters can take up to half an hour to arrive, and even then, delays are common. Sometimes you need to reorder because your request was forgotten. That said, I want to give special recognition to Victoria — she was truly amazing and helped me through all the issues I encountered. Also, the lifeguard deserves praise. He consistently went above and beyond his duties — helping with lounge chairs, getting pool towels, and even cleaning the pool area. His friendliness and willingness to assist in any way made a big difference.
