Seabreeze Cove is a waterfront home 3/2 1/2. Each bedroom has a water view. Kitchen, living room and porch make you feel as if you are living on a boat without the waves. Garage and plenty of front parking for a boat. Kayaks and stand up paddle board available for your use. Great place to kayak and fish. Check out the islands/rookeries teaming with bird life just a short distance by kayak from your own dock. (with special kayak launch) If you like being on the water and enjoy nature, this is a good fit for you. About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 12:00 PM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.Check out our trundle beds -2nd, 3rd bedroom.About customRules:absolutely no large loud parties. You have neighbors so expect that you will respect their privacy..limit yourself to the property bulkhead and dock.
