The first legal tiny house in Rockland! All the comforts of home in this sweet tiny house. First floor living, open floor plan. Small but roomy. In walking distance to Main St, South end beach, the Lobster Festival, Blues Festival, Boat Show and more. You will love the simple concept this little gem offers whether just staying the weekend or for weeks. It is quiet and serene as you sit in the living space and have a warm cup of tea or a cold lemonade. Nice find
This tiny house is very sweet and clean, and well worth what you get. It’s out of downtown but an easy short drive in. The bed was very comfortable. Rockland is a nice resort town to visit.

Simplicity Review
Very nice. Super clean and very inexpensive. A tiny house will have its quirks, but our only issue was with the lack of privacy in the bathroom (only a curtain).

Great stay!
The tiny house was perfect for a weekend in Rockland. Had everything we needed. We loved how quiet it was yet nearby everything. Would definitely stay there again.

A great stop for an overnight in the Rockland area. Close to downtown and the ferry terminal if heading to the islands. The tiny house was well laid out, very clean and comfortable for the two of us.

Cute, cozy, comfortable, clean
I live locally but needed a place in town for the night and next morning. This worked out really beautifully for me. The space is cozy, and all the details were considered. I appreciated that after a long, hot day at work, the room was cooled by the heat pump for me when I arrived. Everything was super clean. It's a tiny home space, and everything was organized and easy to find. The one thing someone might want to be aware of is that the shower is very small which is to be expected in a tiny home. I was just surprised that there could be a shower that small. Not a deal breaker for me, but just something to be aware of if you like a more indulgent wash.

Small space
Overall a nice place. Being older and a "plus size" person, the shower was a bit of a challenge, as was the bed( it sits against the wall)
