A concrete boat landing provides easy river access for your personal watercraft use. Pet Friendly pet fees are $100 per pet per booking 2 pet limit unless pre approved. Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommend! We had an amazing experience at this property! The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was right there. The highlight was definitely the peaceful river right in the backyard—it made for such a relaxing atmosphere. Whether we were enjoying coffee in the morning or unwinding in the evening, the sound of the water was soothing.

Peace on the river This property was amazing! It was very clean with plenty of space for our extended family to come together and celebrate my daughter's graduation from JMU. It was an easy 30 min drive back into Harrisonburg and the location provided us a bit of peace and tranquility after the hustle and bustle of graduation traffic. We enjoyed the fishing and the air hockey table. The hot tub was also great! I highly recommend this property.

Family Vacation The house was great and meet all our needs. Gary was very responsive to our queries and needs. Including shipping back a child’s blanket that was forgotten. Highly recommend!

Great time at River Oasis 3 couples and lots of fun! We fished, did a kayak trip and fished some more. The place was super clean and conducive for fun and privacy when you needed moments to yourself away from fun! We would definitely go back. We never left the house to go into town (which says a lot about comfort), but will next visit. The beds were really comfy and we wished we had an extra day even after 3!

Great River House perfect float stop spot We come here annually it is a perfect placement for a 6-8 hr fishing float. The house is always immaculate and Gary is super responsive. We will be coming back til we can’t do it anymore if he will have us!
