Great stay, quiet, comfortable. Great breakfast, only issue was a requested handicap room and did not receive it. Too tired to argue about it so wasn't able to shower that night. A variety of restaurants close by. Gas station nearby, not too far from interchange.

The room was spacious but nothing to write home about. The tv was glitching our last night and the last morning when we wanted to watch it didn't work at all. The coffee was undrinkable but it was convenient that there was breakfast available. The pool looked dirty so we didn't even attempt it. Front desk staff was nice and accommodating.

Great hotel for the price, especially for the 4th weekend. All the ladies at the desk were awesome. However, the only name i remember is Sara. The room was huge. Plenty of drawers and closet space. Microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Hotel smelled clean. Breakfast area was kept in good shape, even with the breakfast rush. I just wish the variety of food was a little better. The waffles were great, except when a guest cut bith makers off. Why, I have no clue. Especially when there was a line of people waiting. Every day we also had scrambled eggs, sausage patties and seasoned potatoes. Probably could have switched that up to maybe links or bacon. The grounds were in great condition. The pool was nice, especially on 100° days and kept very clean. The only issue i experienced was the ice maker on the 2nd and 3rd floor would make some God awful noises. Will definitely stay here again if back in the area. Thanks for a great stay.

This was a conveniently located hotel on our halfway point on our trip to the beach. They provide a hot breakfast and have a outdoor pool a few good restaurants are located nearby and quick access to the interstate will stay again on future trips to the beach. And only located 10 Miles from Carowinds the rooms were very comfortable its a fairly new location

Staff was extremely friendly, room was clean, and fixtures were updated. Bed was very comfortable, and hotel was extremely quiet. Perfect place to get some rest after a long day of driving! Will definitely stay here again when driving through these parts

My husband, son and I traveled to Rock Hill for a soccer tournament taking place nearby so chose this hotel based on the fact that it's only five minutes from the soccer park, was affordable, allowed pets and had an indoor pool (for some fun after the games). While it had all of that, we did not have a great experience and I'll say that we are generally pretty easy travelers and forgive a lot and expectations match what we spend but that being said, the whole hotel felt grimy indoors and out. The hallway carpets were frayed and looked dirty. The water fountains in the lobby didn't work. The hotel gym was not open for use with no explanation as to why. The grounds outside were covered with cigarette butts and generally looked uncared-for. The stairwells were GROSS...trash, dead roaches, spills that clearly had been there a long while. Our room smelled like wet dog (granted, we did travel with a dog so were assigned to a pet room) and we're not 100% sure the sheets and comforter were clean. There was what looked like dog pee on the doors of the bedroom. The bathroom was clean but worn. The sofa was saggy and stained and when we pulled out the bed for my son, the mattress cover was stained and gross. I had to go down and ask for sheets and a blanket as they were not provided but they were "out of pillows". The TV was very glitchy (not sure if it was the TV or the cable) so watching TV was annoying so we finally gave up. I went downstairs to check out the breakfast towards the beginning of service but only grabbed coffee as the area was overly crowded, filthy and the offerings were meager so we went elsewhere to eat. We stayed as it was only for one night and we were too exhausted to try to find a new hotel and I knew that there was no vacancy due to the tournament so did not ask for another room. There has to be another better pet-friendly hotel in the area, don't stay here!

I would definitely stay here again. We travel from Ohio to Florida and this is about half way. Our room was large with high ceilings which made it seem even more roomy. Melissa and Jasmine are two great employees who greeted us with big smiles had us checked in very quickly. They also had good recommendations for dinner (Sonny's) and it was great. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good too. I highly recommend this hotel.

I checked out of the hotel 2 days early and instead of being refunded they charged my card. The manager, Sharad, tried to tell me it didn’t charge my card when it clearly did. Then he told me it was an authorization charge. After letting him know I wanted a refund asap he finally done it. Although it took about 20 minutes. Clearly trying to rip people off. If I hadn’t noticed they would have stole almost $190 from me. Every night I had been going down to the front desk to get towels since we were there for 5 days. On the 4th night the clerk informed me that towels had to be brought down before she could give me anymore. Even tho I stood right behind a women who was given towels and told to put her old towels out by the door to be picked up by the maids in the morning. The pool was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The elevator smelled like a dog. The breakfast wasn’t good. Only cereal, waffles & bagels.

Please note that our five star rating is in comparison to hotels in a similar class. We were pleased with our experience at the Comfort Inn in Rock Hill, which we chose because it was pet friendly. Best of all, the rooms, furniture and bedding were clean and well kept which was quite different from what we usually find. Thank you for realizing that pet owners like cleanliness and comfort, too. The location was convenient to access, if a bit confusing due to intersecting highways. The woman who checked us in was friendly and professional. We appreciated the nice sized outdoor pool (though it was a bit noisy from the nearby highways and a little more shade might be in order.) The lobby and breakfast area were spotless, and we were delighted to have the typical Choice hotel fare back instead of grab and go. We wish there were restaurants within an easy walk -there is a Sonny’s very close by (you could theoretically walk but the area isn’t pedestrian friendly.)
