First time staying there.  Location was good for us.  Easy route to visit family from the hotel.  We did a 3 night stay.  Didn’t deal with much service, but the desk attendants were very nice.  Room was adequate and quiet.

We stayed at this property for a number of stays over six months while making visits to the Mayo Clinic. The staff is to be highly commended for their incredible sense of service to the Clinic customer base. Many times we observed people in serious physical condition being treated with empathy and accommodation. The front desk and shuttle staff made it clear that they were there to assist with a wide variety of needs. Rooms are clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen is well-appointed with whatever you need to prepare meals. Plenty of linens are provided for bathroom and pull-out sofa. Pool area is nice, hot tub worked every time we visited. The outdoor seating areas around the property are a bonus. Tons of shopping and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk, including Macy's, Barnes & Noble, Trader Joe's, Panera, burger joints, and sit-down dining. Shuttle takes guests between hotel and Mayo / St. Mary's, or to the grocery store, the mall, or restaurants, and I believe the schedule was 6 am to 9 pm. The final deal-maker here, is the availability of EV charging facilities in the underground parking garage. Every Hilton property should consider adding this resource.

This review (rated Excellent) is specific to David, who works the breakfast shift at the Concierge Lounge on the 8th floor. David provides exceptional service, ”doing more than he's paid to do,” as the saying goes. He greets you with a smile, good energy, and a coffee and may even pull out your chair for you. He knows hospitality, but more importantly, he knows how to be kind and lead with love. That is what David is: a leader who leads by example and builds his team up. (A woman who works alongside him possesses that caring trait for the people she serves and the food itself, ensuring all is in order.) I cannot say enough about David's stewardship and generosity/genuineness. He has a compassionate heart and a beautiful soul. Every team should have a ”David.”

I’ve stayed here dozens of times. This stay we had no heat in our room. At checkout I told the front desk he should have maintenance check our room heater. I had a picture of the thermostat and showed him the air temp in the room was a chilly 62 degrees. He responded by saying they had turned off the boilers yesterday because it was warm outside. I told him that was ridiculous and wondered why they were not turned on again for the night. When I told him we woke in the middle of the night and we were cold, he simply stated we should have called the front desk and they would have brought us a space heater. I told him that’s ridiculous and 62-63 degrees is unacceptable. He offered no other solution, apology, or a credit of any sort. This is very disappointing as most of my other stays here were just fine.

All of the employees are super friendly and very accommodating. I have stayed at Aspen Suites several times in last couple years and I see all the same faces . . which tells you something about the atmosphere and business. I love the wonderful breakfast and dinner Mon-Thurs evenings. Food is always delicious and how nice not to have wonder what going to get to eat, etc. HIGHLY recommend Aspen Suites!!

Localización Localización El HGI es muy conveniente para Mayo Clinic a través de Skywalk y la proximidad del subterráneo a la Galería y una amplia variedad de opciones de cena en una serie de puntos de precio es un claro plus. El precio de nuestra estadía fue de aproximadamente $250 por dos noches. Pide el precio de Mayo; Pague en parte con Hilton Honor Points. Hemos tenido un pequeño problema con las peticiones especiales honradas ... limpieza / toallas frescas diarias, toallas extra, café lleno. Se parecía que había un poco de desconexión entre el escritorio delantero y el mantenimiento de la casa, experimentamos un problema similar con la HGI Chesterton en Chesterton , IN Just a head up ... el lobby delantero está siendo reconstruido y mejorado. El desayuno continental ($ 7.95) y el desayuno caliente completo ($ 14.95) están disponibles durante el proceso de renovación
