We are a pet-free and smoke free getaway on the Missouri/Arkansas border near multiple water and tourist attractions between Roaring River State Park, Eureka Springs, & Branson.
Includes 15 foot movie screen room, kayaks, 14’ shuffle board table, ping pong table, pool table, grill, yard games, wooded acreage, & firepit. Amazing experience, super communicative management, tons of games (hours of shuffle board and pool). We will definitely be returning if this property is open for our next trip down to Eagle Rock.

Perfect family getaway
The property was lovely, well-appointed, and very clean. Comfy beds, a nice open kitchen, and a huge theater/game room that the kids loved. We also enjoyed playing ping pong & pool in the garage (which must be heated, because it was comfortable). And the views of the lake from the yard were beautiful.
Everyone loved it & my husband has already mentioned booking it again. Highly recommend.
