I checked in at this hotel Tuesday at 9:30 pm. The two employees at the reception were the worst, they were not ready to deal with guests, welcoming them or listening to them. They are literally unprofessional which requires a lot of work from Marriot management. One of them told me "if you don't like, cancel and leave". The other one was making excuses to delay my check in and keeping me waiting for as long as he could.
