We stayed at Restel de Fer for the first half of our honeymoon in Italy last month. It was just perfect. The room was comfortable and well equipped, with a little balcony that caught the evening sun. The tasty breakfasts set us up for the day. The location was great, just on the edge of the bustle of the town and a few minutes’ walk from the lake, perfect for a swim before breakfast. We were able to borrow two bikes to explore at no charge- definitely recommend cycling 30 mins up the river to Arco for dinner. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was superb. And the staff were so kind, always happy to answer our questions about what to do and where to get transport. It was so nice to arrive tired and late to find a bottle of delicious wine and snacks in our room. I somehow managed to leave some clothes in the wardrobe when we left and Chiara made sure they reached us before our flight home a few days later. Thank you all for looking after us so well!
