Within walking distance is the Seascape Golf Course, and the Seascape Sports Club where you can participate in Yoga, Zumba, Pilates etc. classes for a nominal fee. With all the comforts of a private beach home this California Coast style condo is completely furnished with features that include a vaulted ceiling, gas-burning fireplace, private balcony facing Monterey Bay, Wi-Fi, Cable TV, DVD player, hair dryer. The kitchenette (2 stove top burners, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, place settings for 4 and kitchen utensils) is fully loaded with everything you will need to make a homecooked meal or take a stroll to Sanderlings for a lovely dinner. The units boasts a Tuft and Needle King size bed. Both Elevator and stair access is provided. As a private vacation rental, you will have access to all Resort amenities EXCEPT daily maid/cleaning service, bell hop golf cart service to the beach and firepit/s'mores events pre-arranged on the beach.
