ALUGUEL TEMPORADA
Minha estadia foi maravilhosa. O apartamento é lindo, espaçoso e muito bem localizado, na Avenida Atlântica em frente para o mar, perto de tudo o que precisamos. Check-in pratico e proprietário super atencioso. Recomendo, com certeza.

Excelente propiedad
El departamento es amplio, para mi familia de 5 personas había mucho espacio. Con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones, está frente al mar, en un sector muy bueno de Copacabana. Tiene cerradura electrónica con clave, lo que es muy bueno porque no se necesita cuidar de llaves. 2 baños amplios, con buen flujo de agua en ambas duchas, lo que permitía usarlas simultáneamente. Las camas muy buenas.La cocina totalmente equipada. Es un departamento estupendo donde todo funciona bien.y además no era caro.100% recomendable. Sin dudarlo volveré ahí mismo. ¡Felicitaciones!

Excelente!
Todo excelente, el departamento es hermoso y la localización inmejorable, justo frente a la playa, se puede ver el mar por la ventana! Además, esta cerca de negocios, locales de comida, etc. La atención de Marcos inmejorable, siempre atento a que todo estuviese bien. Sin duda volveremos!!

Nice apartment
All good, the apartment is nice the view is as shown, we felt safe, the only small issue was the hustle of getting into the building you have to call the concierge via the interphone sometimes many times and sometimes he asks you something in Portuguese

Short vacation to Rio
Great location . Good space . Clean but not perfect, We found cockroaches Same day we arrived to Rio, we was informed We have to paid electricity bill. Owner contacted me, like a month ago, Never before was informed.

Nice Accommodations
Great location and the owner, Marcos, was attentive to our needs. My wife and I, and our adult son, had a great time. The space was comfortable and adequate for our needs. The only potential surprises for those coming from the U. S. is that there is no dryer to accompany the washer (you can hang up clothes to dry), and you pay for your electricity during your stay. For us, that was about 10-12 per day.

Entrance Broken - Unit could be cleaner
Negatives: Check in was not good. Not the manager’s fault but there was no answer to intercom at check in and the door code did not work. To get in and out we had to walk to the back of the block and enter through the parking garage. The bathrooms were not clean (hair in sinks and bath mats not clean). The bathrooms each had a bar of soap but no shampoo.
Positives: Good location and good price. Property manager was very responsive, even if unable to completely help.
