en resepcion exelente estuve en 104 por dos no agua caliente por lo reporte y con muacha amabilidad me dijeron que lo ivan chekar lo mismo con el refigerador tirando agua la estufa tirando tuve que serrar la llave de el gas todo repote pero no les inpota la tasa de bano tirado agua por la parte de abajo la cortina y el bano asqueros no recomiendo este lugar ni de broma asqueroso encontre chinches en la cama estube de 17 de Mayo al 19 voy a hacer un repote a salubrida

El hotel no es NADA a las fotografías que enseñan, viejo sucio y mal cuidado, huele mal . Si van de vacaciones gasten un poquito más y quédense en algo mejor. No aceptan tarjeta de crédito. No buen empozo de vacaciones nos salimos al Siguiente día.

We stay at Villa Dulce Sueños every year and the staff is always super welcoming and friendly. The grounds are clean and well maintained. It's conveniently located with the beach within walking distance. We expect to be be back in 2025 and beyond.

My family and I stayed at Villas Dulce Suenos from April 21 to April 25. The hotel check-in personnel were very pleasant and professional. The hotel itself is well maintained, clean, and has a warm family atmosphere. All the staff were friendly and helpful. My only concern is there is no pool handrail to enter or exit the pool. My mother-in-law slipped and broke her wrist while she was exiting the pool, also the area between the kid's splash area and the main pool has missing tiles and several of my small cousins scraped their knees and legs on the jagged pieces. For the most part, we enjoyed our stay and the hotel is in great proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. We will definitely return but do hope some small adjustments can be made to the pool for everyone's safety.
