I am writing to express my dismay with the communication services with your hotel. My reservation was cancelled because i asked them why they had try to charge my credit card, 9 days before fulfilling the free cancellation conditions. The answer was totally unprofessional and rude. They had no reason to cancelled my reservation. They motivated by the fact that I don't have money on the card but when i asked them to send me the proof, the receipt, that i do not have money on my credit card, i didn't received any answer. Also, i sent them my email address ( the conversation was on ***********) to be able to send me back a credit card authorization form to put my credit card details and a picture with the details. All the time they mention in our conversation that my credit card is invalid. I hope it's just an isolated case and you can take steps to make sure this situation never happen.
