"Let's start with the hotel. The rooms are very noisy; normal conversations and the sound of water from the next room directly enter our room. Breakfast is mediocre. But the main reason I'm giving it one star is something else. I checked out of the hotel, finished my business in the city, and while waiting for the bus to Zagreb, it was time for midday prayer. Since the hotel is very close to the terminal, I went and asked if I could pray for 5 minutes in a suitable place. The man in the lobby first said the rooms were being cleaned and weren't available. I said I didn't want a room. There's a seating area on the upper floor near the kitchen entrance, I'd seen it that morning. I pointed it out, saying there was no one there and I could finish my business in 5 minutes. He said there was no prayer room. When I insisted, he said to ask the kitchen staff if they would allow it. I went out and, of course, prayed without asking. These people are so insensitive that they would refuse even a simple, humane request and create problems. It's actually a summary of Western civilization."

"Hostel in an old vila surrounded by Parks is a real gem. Inviting building and rooms with sea views. Rooms with bunkbeds are off different size and equiped with functional bathroom. The beds are comfortable and sleeping od goodbquality. breakfast is hostel standard but served in a Nice room. Personnel was extremly kind and attentive, providing lots of info about Town. there is free street parking. Location is good in a quet part od Town. There is a port but not to noisy. Hostel is spotless člean, nicely decorated with Rijeka photographs. There is also inviting garden with big treba, chairs and tables. Nice beaches are Just some minutes walk away and Town center is 15 minutes from the hostel . There is also public bus stop not far away and you can rent scooters on the street."
