I got the worst night sleep of my trip here. We took a 6 day trip across states to move. We stayed at 5 hotels, and this one was horrible. The walls are paper thin, and the Inn was noisy all night long. I heard yelling, door slamming, feet stomping, parties, and staff talking very loudly, at all hours of the night. Even when trying to sleep in, because I was woken up so much, and it was out of the question. I was on the first floor, and the noise from the front desk and lobby made sleep impossible. The staff were also very rude, especially the night staff. To top off a truly hideous stay, I found a cockroach in my room as I was cleaning up. I would not recommend ever staying here.

Not too bad overall. However, we did find an empty soap wrapper from a hotel bar of soap that was left on the bathroom floor from a previous guest. Also, the bathroom floor looked like someone missed a couple of spots. We were on the second floor and it seemed pretty quiet. The beds were clean and comfortable. We would stay here again.

really nice place, clean, great pool area, breakfast was one of the best I've had. THe staff was great, easy parking, a lot of food near by. would stay again perfect wonderful, centrally located right next to interstate

Very nice hotel and pet friendly. We were given a room at the end of the hall next to the exit with a grassy area for our pet. Josh at check out was great and we will definitely stay here again when traveling throught

The room was in sad shape. Large & obvious damage on nightstand, tile missing on floor border by tub, toilet seat damaged& shower curtain torn badly in several places. Condition of room was more like a cheap motel not a franchise of decent reputation. When I tried to tell the hotel manager the morning we checked out, he dismissed me & said he wasn’t housekeeping. I replied to him since he was manager he WAS responsible for housekeeping & reputation of hotel & as I was saying this he kept interrupting me & telling me to “ have a nice day” instead of listening to me and even trying to apologize. Totally rudely dismissed me. Worst experience ever at any hotel! Choice contacted me after I emailed and said they wanted to make it right but I have no faith in this chain anymore. There is always “ one bad apple” but this was a rotten one. Beware of Richfield Comfort Inn.

I first stayed at Comfort Inn about four years ago, and while it wasn't the very best, it wasn't the very worst. That has changed. This past trip, both my husband and I were appalled at the condition of the room. The carpet was filthy, the shower was dodgy at best (we skipped using it.)and the sheets were so thin, I'm sure we could have read a book through them. As well, the next morning when I went down to get coffee from the breakfast room at 7 AM, every surface in there was sticky and covered with crumbs. The trash cans were overflowing, and I could not believe that someone wasn't in there getting it ready for another rush. When I went back at 8 AM, nothing had changed. I am giving two stars because the breakfast buffet choices were pretty good, as was the coffee. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. When you travel with a pet, your choices can be limited. With the Marriott across the street opened up, we'll start staying there.

TERRIBLE VALUE - We've stayed at this hotel one to three times a year for many years. We will not be going back. The prices have doubled in the past year. We stayed on 7/27/23 and the cost was $182.38. We stayed the same type of room in this hotel on 6/22/23 and the cost was $148. When we stayed at this hotel on 4/15/22, the cost was $92.21. The eating area is becoming more dirty with trash cans overflowing. The WIFI was almost non-existent as it did not connect about 90% of the time. And it was not only this room as I’ve complained about this at least twice before when we stayed on different floors. Also, posted on the bathroom mirror was a small note with the price of all the room's linens and pillows, as apparently things have been stolen previously. A tacky way to insult the 99.9% of guests who are honest.

This hotel is scary horrid. The whole 2nd floor sticks and has food smaller into the hallway- all the doors are propped open and our room smells like feet. We had to request a new room because there was no way that room had been cleaned any time in the last month. I’m slightly afraid to even sleep in this hotel. I cannot understand how it has such a high rating. Do not use. The hotels across the street cost the same and are 100% better (we’ve stayed in them too). Cannot understand how this costs $150 a night. Worst ever.

It baffles me I do not understand what is going on here do people just have such low standards these days that they would give a place like this 4 1/2 stars. Of all the places we stayed on our road trip to the West Coast this was by far the worst. Black mold on the bathroom wall is not acceptable. My husband had a great idea the manager of these hotels should have to stay in each room for a night so they can make a list of all the problems that it has. Start by putting in a new toilet that doesn’t sound like it’s going to blow up every time you flush it. The Wi-Fi was so bad it didn’t really do anything for us. They could update their TVs to smart TVs so that people with iTunes accounts could at least watch something decent. My advice is stay anywhere else in Richfield. If you must stop there. Oh and their pancakes what did they do to make them taste that awful!! 🤔🤨😖
