Its a nice hotel, some things are needing alittle TLC like the bathrooms. Our shower head had cracked and was shooting water over the shower also the floor and shower doors seals needed de-moulding or just replaced. We were there for a week and the bed was made each day but no clean sheets for the whole week, even though we had spilled a drink on them. We had water and fizzy drinks in the fridge when we arrived but they were never replaced even though we were all inclusive. We had tea, kettle and a coffee machine but no pods of coffee anywhere if to pick up at breakfast. We only ate 1 dinner and 2 lunch at the hotel restaurant and it was the same food every day, just the main meat was different with a chef cooking it for you which was the nicest thing there. Everything was also just warm enough to eat. Breakfast was the same thing everyday, even the chef did the same pancakes and waffles everyday! You have to find your own table and wait ages for a drink weather it was tea/coffee at breakfast or beer/wine/ evening drink. One evening i tried to get a drink with dinner we and failed, i got up went out of the restaurant over to the bar and got my partner and myself a drink to go with our food, the bar staff seemed confused but gave me the drinks in a glass as normally if you take a drink away from the bar it had to be in a plastic cup. The waiters were also clearing tables onto a trolly just adding dirty plate after dirty plate and because of this sometimes you had to ask for a clean plate so you could eat. The stack of dirty plates got so high they did fall on more than one occasion. The pool was freezing but the beach and sea water just a few mins walk from the pool was a lovely temp. The service at the bar was good but they didnt have all the drinks and some were pre-made in a bottle. You did always get a snack which was nice. On a whole it just seems like it needs a referb the staff need training, all of them. The food needs to change. I wouldnt stay again. We actually didnt book this place but were upgraded as where we had booked had over booked so we thought we would feel abit out of place in a 5star but this is no 5star, maybe it used to be. Buses are easy and cheap to use if you can manage the hill to get up to the stop.

This hotel was really nice. We were upgraded to the swim up pool room which was rather nice. The only downside is unfortunately the sun is not on it for long. We did use the pool though because we like the cold water and it was a definately colder than the main pool. The main pool was so nice and rhe beds are comfy. Even in October 24/25 degrees it was hot and you wouod need to cool off in the pool. They had walk in steps to the pool as well as the climb down steps. The entertainment by Alan was great (he said he was from Poland) he would give a ten minute warning for water polo, football, beach volley ball, boules, tennis and ping ping etc and he worked hard day and night with the entertainment. It was good fun actually and the other guests were all so nice that we met and chatted to while participating in games. Also don't miss quiz night it was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and chatty and you can get prosecco which was rather good and lots of different cocktails. Certain brands you would need to pay for. The amaretto was nice so I wasn't bothered it wasn't Dissorano. If you want to drink past midnight you have to pay to upgrade the wrist band from what I heard. I also discovered the lemon slushy from the pool was nice with tequila in it. That was a suggestion made to me by Sakis who worked the pool bar. He was so lovely and was trying to help me pronouncing the greek words I was trying to use. The food was great, I haven't been happy with all inclusive in the past due to the food. I couldnt fault the food. There is lots of choice. Lots of pork, but also chicken, beef, fish and vegetable dishes. I liked the fact they had a lower counter so kids could help themselves to spaghetti bolognaise or the other dishes that children might prefer to eat. The only suggestion is to have the ham and cheese slices that are out at breakfast and have those out at lunchtime as well so that they can be added to salad. Also keep the toastie machine out at lunch for toastie sandwiches. The rooms were nice enough but maybe could do with a bit of an update but the beds were very comfortable. Also the towels are not very big so I used a pool towel instead because it was much bigger. I like large shower towels so they could do with providing bigger towels. The beach is close by you walk out the back of the hotel and not to the marina part but the road heading to the right ish and your there in 5 minutes. Apparently they will golf buggy you there if you want to. I would recommend this hotel. I am not sure about when it's very busy in the summer and queuing for drinks but October there was hardly a queue.

Fantastic hotel. Would stay here again without any hesitation. The all inclusive food was superb and the best we have ever had (including restaurants) the room with private pool was brilliant, spacious and light. Well stocked mini bar!! My only slight observation would be that some of the hotel needed a bit of minor cosmetic attention (cracks in glass etc) and room housekeeping (sometimes hair and fluff left on floor) but this did not detract from the quality of the overall stay. There were quite a few children around and other reviews suggest plenty for kids to do, however we didn’t take our children on this short stay but believe they may have been slightly bored if they had come along - besides a small pool / slide and play area there did not seem a lot for children. Please keep in mind we were not specifically looking as we were child free so this is not a criticism . Booking of restaurants is essential - download the mitsis app which was a godsend! It features all restaurant menus and concierge so you can add extras. . Super impressed with the hotel!

Brilliant family location, just not 5 star. The hotel itself has a lot going for it with the location and overall feel. Yes it absolutely looking tired other than the reception main building. The rooms, pool and outdoor areas are in need of improvement, and the sunbeds need skipping asap, they’re awful. Food - not a bad meal and the main restaurant can get very busy but not once did anyone complain of a bad meal. The al la carte options are good too. Pools - firstly all salt water and if you can overcome the splash in eyes and taste, they do have normal water showers after you’ve been in. As mentioned the kids pool and slides are fun but old and tired. Service - can be hit and miss depending on who’s serving but overall staff are nice, again not 5 star service, compared to one we stayed in last year in Gennadi. Night time - kids have a mini disco each night and entertainment is good with plenty of variety. Would we come back, for the price we can’t complain for 7 nights, but for me and family we would rather a better standard and non salty water, especially for the price. I hope they manage to address the above, it’ll be interesting to see.

otel. The vibe is relaxed, and that comes from the staff and clientele. It’s clean, tasteful, new and excellently designed. The staff are up there with the best hotels I’ve stayed in. Small touches like waiters remembering what drink you like around the pool and preemptive service before you ask for it makes the experience very enjoyable. Guests seems predominantly to be nice, quiet professional families who know how to enjoy themselves without getting drunk and obnoxious. There’s a thankful absence of meathead alpha males and their Botoxed, lip filled Wags. The architecture and design is considered and interiors are tastefully decorated. Everything is spotless and new. I found the incorporation of a thousand year old+ archaeological site very nicely done. Food is good for a buffet. With a food rotation and lots of choice most nights on offer. One small downer was two of our party fell ill - possibly from food poisoning, but the hotel offered free room service and check up via phone call that we were ok daily. Overall I would say excellent and great value for money. Tui reps and team are also first rate.
