Kiotari Miraluna Resort

Had a fantastic 11 night stay here. The whole hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing especially lyle the entertainer joey behind the pool bar the lady manager in reception and the lady manager on guest relations who were both so helpful as a suitcase of ours did not make it to rhodes. Lyle and joey were amazing with us all but especially my 4 year old son who was sad to say bye to them both they all made our stay enjoyable. There isn't much to do outside the hotel however we got a bus to Lindos one night and wish we had known about this earlier as on the bus route there was loads of places we could have gone to and the bus was cheap and very easy to get. We 100% come back to this hotel amazing time had by all 8 of us.

Beautiful clean resort, fantastic food, nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Plenty of pools, and beach a few minutes walk. Everything you could need. We 100% will be returning next year. No negatives from us at all. ☀️

This was our first holiday as a family of 4 with two children. We had an absolutely amazing time. We loved the layout of the premises, they have 7 pools, a few for just the children and toilets spread throughout so you never have far to walk to one. Everywhere seemed to be clean enough for us and the every single staff member we came across was absolutely lovely and always seemed up for a chat. Everyone from the Bar Staff (Ackmed? I'm not sure how to spell his name, sorry) to the cleaners, to the buffet co-ordinaters, very friendly. They were very smiley and friendly to the children and were sincere in their desire to have a laugh. Check in/out was easy and theres also a supermarket right next to the hotel which came in really handy when we run out of essentials, although it was a little expensive. THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! We loved the buffet, and were impressed by the large array of food available, lots of stuff for picky eating children and a tonne of meats, carbs, LOTS of salad stuff, amazing desserts, fruits, beer, red/white wine, fruit juices, literally something for everyone. Not much spicey food if that's what you want but thats not surprising. I honestly dont have anything negative to say apart from the ants and booklice which unfortunately plagued our room. We're not too fussed as we tried to keep the room crumb-free but they seemed to always be out scouting. I know theyre hard to control, but I think we just got unlucky for our room we had (834) The final part of my review I wanted to leave seperate because it really made our experience memorable. The entertainment team were outstanding and an absolute credit to this hotel. I really want the management to realise just how important the animation team is in improving the overall experience to holidaygoers staying at Kiotari Bay. It brings a tear to my eye to remember the experience they gave to my daughter and to ourselves. Every evening after out dinner there was a disco and most of the time after the disco, an aftershow, notably a The Greatest Showman performance and an All That Jazz display. They were absolutely fantastic entertainment and really satisfying to watch with a nice drink from the bar right next to it. There was also an international night catering for certain nationalities which we went to even though my daughter didn't understand any of the words she was still so excited to take part. I think she even learnt a little German. There were three key people who our daughter and ourselves will forever remember and have a special place in our hearts for showing such love and friendliness to all of us. Michal, Shyla and Xav - you should be proud of the people you are and safe in the knowledge that you manifest the very best of people on planet Earth. Michal is probably one of the friendliest and most innocent people I have met in my life and I really hope he goes on to do great things. Just arrived from the uk and i am always willing to give a place a go and the benefit of the doubt but here’s our experience so far ………. Hotel grounds — DIRTY!!! Considering we’ve arrived and it’s dark you can see filth in every corner !!! Cups, shoes , popped lilos every surface needs a wipe clean. Me and my son have had a walk around a couple of pools and restaurant areas and all of them are filthy. Dreading seeing them in the light of day! Not a Greece 4* were use to not even close !! Rooms — not much better, filthy, yes they must have had an upgrade at some point but the upkeep non existent. Superior family room it’s just not big enough for 4. my kids are older and are cramped onto the tiniest sofa bed that’s not much bigger than a single !!! Aircon non existent!! It’s on and blowing nothing 🤦‍♀️ Staff - seem nice enough and the only reason I have given it 1 star. I will update this review as the week goes on but I would strongly suggest if you have booked this to seriously consider booking elsewhere!

Single mum who went on holiday with her kids (7 and 10). We had an amazing holiday. The kids had a ball and I had a ball. It was our first solo holiday and so was feeling a little hesitant. However the whole holiday was brilliant. Brilliant food, brilliant, entertainment, brilliant staff and brilliant pools for the kids. I appreciate that there may be a few aesthetics that need to be updated but for me it didn’t take away from a brilliant holiday.

My family and I had an enjoyable stay at the Kiotari Bay Hotel. It's fair to say this hotel is in need of a refurb and there are many wear and tear issues with the common areas, pools and bedrooms (we stayed in two rooms). In addition, the restaurant, bars and pool / beach areas are not big enough to support the number of guests staying (when full), this results in very long queues. The key asset to this hotel is the majority of the people that work there, the amount of effort they go to ensuring you have a good experience is incredible, always friendly and helpful. In particularly the Food and Beverage Manager who appeared to be constantly overcoming problems and issues. We did notice that Nicos and Alex at the Athena bar had a very different attitude with little regard to customers or providing an acceptable level of service, the level of arrogance and unhelpfulness was a direct contrast to everyone else, they are letting their colleagues down!  I don't think Nicos should be customer facing.   Food was of a very good quality but not at the level of choice experienced in other Greek 4-star hotels, having an omelet/carvery station would only add another set of queues! Italian/Greek a’la Carte restaurants were excellent in both quality and service (apart from the drinks, only beer available on AI). All in all good food experienced at all restaurants. The All-Inclusive package is one of the worst I have experienced, beer and wine are OK but soft drinks, spirts and cocktails are very poor quality / taste.  All in all, a good holiday destination early or late season. For some reason the vast amount of Air-Con available at the hotel was switched off or low during our stay, surprising given the heatwave we experienced.
