Can’t argue with all the great reviews, this place is excellent. Lovely chilled out vibe, adults only so peaceful. Staff very friendly all speaking very good english, and happy to help, with Nico the owner nearly always on hand to ensure everything runs smoothly. Quality rooms with bath accessories replaced automatically as needed. Plenty of sunbeds around a good size pool, with even more on their private beach area, which are super comfy. We ate here mainly at lunchtimes as we like to walk out to local restaurants in the evenings, and there is a good selection of them within half a mile. All of them offer the same friendly service as the hotel , and all seem to be good English speakers. It seems most of them, including the hotel, also offer a house dry white wine, by the litre or half litre and this was a very acceptable quaffing wine which we had on several occasions. A lot cheaper than buying by the bottle. Local draught beer was surprisingly good too. The only way the hotel could improve would be to keep the bar open a little later say 23.00, although worth pointing out that the sports bar over the road does have later hours, so all is not lost!

Fabulous hotel with fabulous staff. We had the most relaxing week in this quiet, clean, modern hotel. The room was spacious and well equipped. The pool although freezing in May, was pristine and refreshing. The hotel is situated right next to a pebble beach (private), with comfortable deluxe sun loungers; and was so peaceful with wonderful views. We never normally eat in a hotel, preferring to visit, local tavernas; but ate in on 5 nights as the food was so good. Not fancy but local Greek dishes made with fresh ingredients and cooked with love. The breakfast was also wonderful with enough choices. The best thing about the whole enjoyable experience were the staff. The manager genuinely couldn’t do enough for you and never stopped working, the kind receptionists who gave us advice on local buses (the stop was a 7 minute walk away) and our personal favorite the lovely young female waitress who served us quickly with a beautiful smile.

I have just returned from a brilliant week at this hotel. The owner Nico and his staff are absolutely amazing and from the moment, you arrive you are made to feel like you are at home. The rooms are spotlessly clean and between the beach and the pool there are plenty of sunbeds. There is plenty of choice for breakfast and if you decide to eat in their restaurant for dinner you won’t be disappointed. The food is home cooked and very tasty, also very reasonably priced. You are often given a free desert. The pool bar is open from 10 in the morning to 10 in the evening and serves a variety of drinks also reasonably priced. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can understand why so many people write such amazing reviews. Thank you for a really lovely week. We will be back.

Firstly, looking at the two average reviews for this delightful hotel, I can only presume they were reviewing a different hotel. Nothing could be further from the truth. From our arrival to the present day (we are still here) we have been treated with kindness and the very best hospitality one could expect from a hotel. Every single member of staff has been lovely. Nico has always taken the time to chat and we have been given complimentary desserts when eating in the restaurant. Tony in the bar was brilliant and very knowledgeable producing amazing drinks. The pool area is tranquil and the property is spotless. There is never a problem getting sunbeds and umbrellas. We didn’t use the beach, but there are plenty of comfy sunbeds there too. The room was spacious with a comfortable king size bed. There was a complimentary bottle of local wine and coffee and tea makings. Room service was prompt and efficient. The sea view was beautiful. The air conditioning was very good. To summarise, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful relaxing holiday. We will return.

Where do I start? Our lovely, well-equipped room overlooked the fantastic pool with a great bar and plenty of sun loungers. Beyond that were the blue waters of the Aegean Sea and the hotel’s private beach. The management and staff were unfailingly warm, friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. I particularly enjoyed trying out Toni’s cocktails at the bar before dinner. (incidentally, bar prices were much lower than down town - and lower those in the UK). I'd have liked a few more options at dinner but I'm being picky. The food was great. The hotel facilities were brilliant and always scrupulously clean. Unfortunately, it rained for the first 2 days of our holiday, and I injured my back on day one, so I couldn’t do much exploring. It simply means that we will have to go back which we intend to do sooner rather that later.

We visited Ixia Dream Hotel over Easter. We absolutely loved it. This is the first hotel we've arrived at where we were handed a a glass of wine by the lovely Lina and received such a warm welcome. All the staff are amazing, Thank you to Nicos and all his fabulous staff for looking after us. A special mention to Antonis who made me hot whiskeys to help with my cold and he makes great cocktails too. Thank you to the lovely young lady who served us at breakfast. We had a large room with a balcony and sea view. The room was spotlessly clean as were the hotel grounds. The staff clearly work very hard. The hotel has a library behind the reception area with large selection of books. The hotel will arrange car hire should you want it and /or taxi to Rhodes Town. If you do hire a car, take a trip to the town of Koskinou (about 20 mins away) and the fabulous restaurant there called Karavelladika. Thank you Ixia Dream, we loved our holiday. A & M

Ixia Dream is a gem of a hotel. Stayed there last October as a last minute holiday. Nico and his team made us feel very special with a warm welcome right from the moment we arrived. The standard of this hotel is top class with the friendliest staff we have ever met. We are returning in 2 weeks time and cannot wait. Karen.

What a fantastic hotel and a wonderful team. On arrival, being greeted by Lina and complimentary glass of wine at the bar. Our room, a suite, had an immediate WOW factor and was clean, modern and luxurious with a stunning view of the Aegean Sea. The restaurant serves good quality, freshly cooked food at a reasonable price. The pool is immaculate and there’s plenty of space available to grab a lounger and relax for the day. In the evening we would enjoy custom created cocktails by Antonis. I really recommend the Negroni and The Jack Knife. We cannot fault this hotel or the team that looked after us. We were sceptical a hotel could have so many good reviews. From the moment We arrived and greeted by Evi we could understand why. The staff are so attentive especially the barman and waiter. The quality of food is very high, the menu has something for everyone. The room had an amazing view, very clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.
