Our 5-day stay at this hotel was the epitome of peace and tranquility. The hotel was immaculately clean, and all facilities were well-maintained. Its location is conveniently close to both Rhodes Town and the Old Town, with only a short 10-15 minute bus ride needed to reach either destination. We found the bus service to be very efficient and easy to use, which made exploring the area a breeze. The highlights of our stay included the spacious facilities, the rooftop bar with its stunning views of the island and sunset, and the incredibly relaxing spa. The rooftop bar quickly became our favorite spot for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. The panoramic views were truly breathtaking, and the sunsets were unforgettable. We particularly enjoyed the indoor pool, with its perfectly comfortable temperature, and the saunas, which were pleasantly uncrowded during our April visit. It was the perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. The hotel's beachfront offered a wonderful space to soak up the sun or simply enjoy the breathtaking views, especially in the evening. We spent many evenings strolling along the beach and taking in the beautiful scenery. A special mention must go to the Brazilian receptionist with the red hair (whose name I unfortunately forget!), who truly made our trip exceptional. Her 10/10 service and helpful information on local attractions and travel made our stay so much more enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and her recommendations were spot on. The only downside was upon arrival at the hotel we were not able to get into our room till almost 4/4.30pm. This is quite annoying as we arrived at 1pm and was told check in is 3pm. Yet we had to wait over an hour extra with no compensation. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and relaxing getaway with easy access to Rhodes Town and Old Town. The combination of the hotel's serene atmosphere, convenient location, excellent facilities, and outstanding service made for a truly memorable experience. We can't wait to return!

Lovely time. Great weather. Hotel is immaculate and stylish. Pool area is lovely with activities going on if you want them. Food was amazing throughout the week. Themed nights were great too. Staff were all great apart from reception…. They were not very welcoming. Room was cleaned regularly and fresh bottled water every day. Will be back very soon.

We had a 7 night stay in mid June. Overall we’re happy with what we paid for, we have stayed in nicer 5 star hotels in Rhodes but for slightly more per person. Would agree it’s 5 star but some things that you don’t get here that we’ve had at other 5 stars: Positives: Service very good, pretty quick to get a drink at all the bars Rooftop brunch is a nice addition that is much better than breakfast buffet. We went here most days is open 9-12 We booked a large sea view room, 100% is worth the extra money vs Mountain View. We spoke to a couple who had Mountain View and they didn’t like it. Also had sun loungers on the balcony and we love the sun so this was great for the afternoons once we were done at the pool. Also no problems finding free sun beds by the pool, we still got some after turning up at 12pm. Special shout out to Beatriz from reception who was lovely and chatty and always complementing my outfits! And Helen from rooftop who always made sure I got ice in my wine! All staff from rooftop were lovely, can’t remember all the names though! Downsides - No stocked mini fridge, no omelette station at breakfast, no late night snack bar (or any crepes/waffle type places for snacking). And you can only book 2 out of the 3 a la carted on a 7 night stay. Gym is ok but small and not air conditioned which makes it hard to use. Could do with a few more machines but the free weights went up to 20kg.

We had an amazing stay at the Olympic Palace Hotel in Ixia the hotel itself is absolutely stunning and in a perfect location, just a short stroll from the beach which was free for guests at the hotel and close to local amenities. Our sea view room was breathtaking, offering gorgeous views that we never got tired of waking up to. The pools were equally impressive beautifully clean, inviting, and with plenty of space to relax. We especially loved the pool bar and how easy it was to get a sun lounger each day, which really added to the stress free atmosphere. While we didn’t have much interaction with the reception staff, the team in the main restaurant truly stood out. They were brilliant warm, attentive, and always professional, making every meal feel special. Housekeeping was also top notch. Our room was cleaned daily to a very high standard, and the housekeeping staff were consistently cheerful, friendly, and a pleasure to speak with. We would highly recommend Olympic Palace to anyone looking for quality, comfort, and excellent service in a beautiful setting. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Made our second visit to the Olympic Palace hotel, we enjoyed it first time, but this time around it was far better. It’s an impressive looking hotel, wonderfully located in our favourite resort of Ixia and we were so impressed we’ve already booked for 2026. Reception staff are really helpful, the rooms are excellent with a nice e balcony, the only issue being a double was just two single beds pushed together, something I’d like to see them change for couples. The amenities are great though we don’t really use them but the real joy is in the staff in the restaurant. Such a lovely group from Evangelos who buzzes around keeping the guests smiling to the team in there who always brought a smile and made us welcome. Looking forward to returning next year.
